Yo he estado en semana santa y tengo que decir que todo perfecto,las habitaciones están muy bien con camas muy grandes,el personal perfecto se portaron muy bien con nosotros en general sobre todo José e Inma,la comida bien hay variedad,la animación muy bien son muy atentos, repetiremos seguro

ASQUEROSAMENTE SUCIO, está todo sucísimo, el baño de la habitación olía horriblemente mal, no lo desinfectan, un día ni nos limpiaron la habitación, debajo de la cama lleno de pelusas, las puertas y paredes llenos de chorretones y de manos, los pasillos muy sucias las paredes y el suelo. Muchas sillas del comedor varios días con excrementos de unos pájaros que se colaron y no se limpian al menos en los cuatro días que hemos estado. EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE EN ESTE HOTEL.

Llegué al hotel con mi pareja y estaba todo sucio, con manchas y la atención fue pésima. No vengáis a menos que queráis tener una experiencia de lo más desagradable como la que tuvimos mi pareja y yo. En definitiva 0/10. La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel en toda mi vida

Estimada Natalia Garcia, encargada del Hostal Alegria Cabo de Ágata, Como continuación a su respuesta a Esteban G., decirle que los primeros que discriminan y son ******as es el propio establecimiento al ser cómplices del Gobierno en funciones y no dejar alojamientos libres al turista tradicional . Voy a ser breve: Por que no han dejado libre el 30 o 40% al público en general ? Le voy a contestar yo mismo, porque no iba a ir nadie si hay inmigrantes alojados. Disfruten de sus reservas hasta abril de 2024 a 60€ persona/pc porque después de esa fecha creo que poca gente va a hacer reservas a un precio más elevado. Pan para hoy hambre para mañana.

Malisima la atención y pesimas las instalaciones. Todo sucio y una falta total de higiene. Encima ahora puedes coger cualquier enfermedad importada. No recomendable para mujeres ya que para otros huespedes solo son objetos

Hotel que aloja refugiados subsaharianos. Busca otra opción si no quieres que tus vacaciones sean un desastre. Es una pena que tengamos que aguantar esto lo trabajadores de bien. Nos invaden y encima les ponemos comodidades.

Este hotel aloja a mas de 300 ilegales traídos de canarias, previo pago del gobierno, se están forrando a costa del contribuyente. Eso si el ciudadano de a pie a pagar los 120euros la noche que cuesta aloj**** allí. No ir ni acerc**** jamás a estos cómplices de la invasión y del efecto llamada.

1º punto - Llegamos el 30-09-2023,un grupo de 7 autocares estuvimos 8 días 7 noches, Lo mejor las instalaciones del hotel, la habitación que me dieron la 2215, grandísima el aseo con bañera, que ojo para abrir la ducha, y con 2 camas de 1,50, y una terraza espectacular, la piscina muy bonita (lastima que no la pude disfrutar por que la cerraron al día siguiente de llegar como si lo que estábamos en el hotel a partir del 01-10-2023, no fueranos cliente, y estuviéramos de acogida, eso me pareció muy mal por que en esta semana estábamos 385 personas. 2º punto - Para ser un hotel de **** estrellas el DESAYUNO, COMIDA, Y CENA MALISIMO, repetitiva y mal cocinada y con muchas carencias de frutas frescas y de buena calidad, los helados malos y recongelados y es mas se acabaron quedándonos tres días para irnos y ya no repusieron, eso si mortadela, salchichón, chorizo y queso eso si mucho de todo lo reseñado, en todas las comidas, vamos que se come mejor el los de *** estrellas. sin menospreciarlos. 3ª punto - este hotel esta situado en la Localidad de El Retamar, en donde solo hay apartamento y hoteles, para ir Almería lo mas cercano tienes que coger un autobús, la playa es de chinas y grava.
