Too many mosquitos...they should try to do something with this. - Meals: they do not include beverage, its normal until you are charged 3'5€ for an opened bottle of water when they should serve or at least give the option to have it for free since the law says that. - Checkin: the girl of the counter just told us, ”hey scan this QR code and everything is explained”, why shall I download an app of the hotel? is it so hard to explain just in few second all the activities of the hotel? - Breakfast: Bakery quality worse than any other hotel I tried... Speaking about amenities hotel is perfect, big pools, nice decoration, buffet was ok and it has direct access to the beach. Its a pity that the service is not at Barcelo level standards."
