I have been during Easter and I have to say that everything was perfect, the rooms are very good with very large beds, the staff was perfect, they behaved very well with us in general, especially José and Inma, the food is good, there is variety, the entertainment is very well they are very attentive, we will repeat for sure

DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY, everything is very dirty, the bathroom in the room smelled horribly bad, they don't disinfect it, one day they didn't even clean our room, under the bed full of lint, the doors and walls full of drips and hands, the hallways very Dirty walls and floor. Many chairs in the dining room for several days with droppings from birds that sneaked in and have not been cleaned at least in the four days we have been there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS HOTEL.
