In the middle of the Old town of Rethymno. The Rose Suite is spacious, nice view from the balcony. Room was clean and bathroom is huge. Once a week cleaning woman change towels and sheets. We recommend this apartment.

- sijainti lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia
- huoneistossa tyylikkään näköinen sisustus
Miinukset:
- Alakerran yökerhon musiikki kuuluu todella häiritsevästi 21 - 04. Jos olet herkkäuninen tai haluat iltarauhaa älä valitse tätä huoneistoa
- Parvekkeen siisteys ala-arvoinen. Ei todellekaan houkutellut aamukahvin juomiseen
- Leivänpaahdin pitäisi uusia (ajastin hajalla)
- Siivous ei aina toiminut. Yhden kerran oli melkein viikon väli siivouksissa. Jouduin tekemään kirjallisen siivouspyynnön, jonka jälkeen siivous taas toimi ok.
- Vessan oven kahvat irtoavat ovesta (pari kiinnitysruuvia puuttuu)
- Vettä joutui joskus valuttamaan minuutteja, jotta alkoi tulla lämmintä vettä

Keine Parkplätze in der Nähe bei viel Gepäck ein Problem. Treppe zur Wohnung relativ viele Stufen bei schwerem Gepäck ein Problem besonders bei älteren Menschen.

Propert manager was helpful, and the housekeepers as well. We could have used a few more towels. The bedding in the closet for the sofa had a stained blanket, made us unsure if the blanket was clean or not. The shower is not sealed properly and the water flows into the rest of the bathroom.

MUST READ ALL!! The bathroom handles are broken and the door scrapes on the ground making the closing of the door very loud and hard. Housekeeping was not performed when we purposely paid more for this apartment as housekeeping was listed. No instructions were provided for check-in causing us to drive around for no reason waiting for a response to messages. They promised housekeeping will come and they did not and we couldn’t shower as we have no towels. Hours waiting for a reply and some messages have no reply at all. 4-star accommodation is completely wrong… it is a 2-star. The owner called after checkout to say he doesn’t offer daily housekeeping, despite a screenshot of booking conditions clearly saying daily housekeeping is included. The owner blames ******* and ******* blames the owner. We had the worst stay possible. No toilet paper, No towels, Broken doors, a mattress that is sinking and like sleeping on concrete, and overflowing rubbish. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! the concrete mattress and loud music echoing and vibrating through the apart from the nearby bar alone is a deterrent. $0 compensation from Owner. He refused any responsibility.

Das Zimmer ist gut gelegen, um das Städtchen und die Strände zu besuchen. Auch wir haben in der Nacht die Musik von der Strasse gehört, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Check-In ist einfach. Parken kann man nicht in der Nähe (oder aber im Parkverbot ca. 100 m entfernt, um das Gepäck auszuladen). Das Zimmer hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, dafür ist der Preis günstig.

The location of this property is great! Close to all the shopping, restaurants and the ferry! Just know you have steps to get to room and close to a restaurant that plays music late. It didn’t bother us but wanted to include in review.

Appartement sale (poussière, cheveux dans la salle de bain, ongles par terre dans plusieurs pièces, frigo sale, toilettes sales…). En plus de cela mobilier cassé et appartements extrêmement bruyants et mal placé au niveau des possibilités de parking. A fuir!
