Erittäin viihtyisä hotelli aivan rannan tuntumassa ja erinomainen palvelu.
Ihana aamiainen.
Vehreä ja hyvin hoidettu allas-ja ranta-alue.
Hotellin käytävän äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen. Huono äänieristys.

Nope 👎 es gibt günstigere und bessere Hotels in Kreta. Alles im allen keine 5 Sterne bei meiner Internationalen Erfahrungen 👎 Essen aus Wärmebehälter , mann muss Schlange stehen bei 5 Sterne absolut no go ! Eher Renovierungsprogramm fürs Hotel organisieren und den Gästen ihr Geld zurück geben bei falschen Zimmer/Bungalow Herr Manager 🤦♂️ Keinen Cent zurück bei Hotelwechsel über Tui (hätte anderes günstigeres Hotel vorgeschlagen zum Wechsel und es hieß „ja“ , am Schluss alles nochmal selbst bezahlt) Und die Tui Dame absolute Katastrophe 🤦♂️ Ich sage nur meiden sie diesen überteuerten Photoshop „Bunker“

We got married at Grecotel Creta Palace in Sept 2023. We felt we were in the movies and we were living in a dream! It was like a fairytale and so much better than we even imagined! Words are not enough to describe that day and night! It all started with George (Revenue Manager) who confirmed availability and accommodated our wedding group after all the back and forth a wedding group has, then Argyro (the Events Manager) took over and she was an absolute legend! She was helping us from day one and nothing was too much or impossible! Eleni (the Restaurant Manager) and her team were superstars! They delivered such an exceptional service and all of our guests were looked after and enjoyed their time 100%. Attention to detail is an understatement! Also to mention the team at the beach bar and especially Marina who went above and beyond every single day! The housekeeping team were also amazing and so helpful! My husband and I are also hoteliers and it is usually difficult to be impressed, as we know the dos and don’ts and what makes a hotel stay great; however, we were impressed from the very first second! You can clearly see that everyone working there is there because they love what they do! Thank you all so much for making this trip so memorable and making our special day a day out of a fairytale!

After leaving from this hotel, I couldn't resist to write a review and share my experience with potential travellers. I felt like for 1st time in my travel life not wishing to leave from a hotel. As soon as you arrive at this hotel, you feel that your holidays start in the best way; amazing gardens full of nature and a wide variety of flowers and trees making the whole scenery looking like a scene from a fairy tale. As you enter the lobby, an amazing fragrance makes you feel the positive vibes of this place. They offered as a selection of welcome drinks, such a nice touch of hospitality! The gentleman who welcomed us was very polite and friendly and willing to assist in any possible way. Our room, the Palace guestroom was so well designed offering the luxurious sense of a 5* hotel and had a balcony with beautiful sea views. I want to make a special mention to their housekeeping department who do an excellent job! They were tidying and cleaning the room so well and always leaving flowers on the towels while they had given to the towels so beautiful shapes of flowers! Room service was very quick too. All the staff members at every area such as the front desk, the breakfast area, the bar areas had always a warm smile and greeting us making us feel like home. The breakfast is so rich and delicious which is one of the highlights of this 5* hotel. It seems to be a place of heaven for all the ages and especially for the kids who seemed to spend lovely time. This must be definitely your only choice for accommodation at Rethymno and you won't regret it! I am already missing it and look forward to getting back soon!!

Myself and my wife stayed here in October 2023. All I can say is wow, what a stunning hotel with every staff member going the extra mile, to make your stay a happy one. Food is excellent and of very good quality. Pool area is brilliant as is the beach. Sunbeds for all guests. We stayed in the bungalow with garden view. The room was big and cleaned daily. The bed was really comfy. No noise at night, so always got a peaceful sleep. WiFi works all over the hotel and even on the beach. Thank you to the manager and all your staff. We have already booked to stay for 10 days in October 2024, and can't wait to come back. Paul & Donna Quibell

Que dire ! Hôtel très bien situé avec une plage à couper le souffle ! Des chambres juste magnifiques. L’hôtel est très beau que ce soit l’intérieur ou a l’extérieur avec une décoration très classe et très florale. Nous sommes sous le charme de toutes cette verdure ! Mention spéciale pour la petite partie Grecque de l’hôtel qui nous fait voyager comme dans un petite village typique. La plage est : tellement Belle , propre , grande. Nous avons le choix des bed et enplus petit bar au bord de mer et service au bed. Nous avons pu tester les infrastructures de l’hôtel et vous ne serez pas déçu ! Piscine extérieur intérieur. Sauna jacuzzi. Nous avons mangé au restaurant à la carte et c’était une réussite ! Le bar sur le roof top est le plus de l’hôtel. C’est magique de boire un verre avec une vue exceptionnelle. Merci au personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant qui sont géniaux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Went to Creta palace for 10 days in October with my 2 year old. We all had a great time. The rooms were a good size, with good facilities and were cleaned every day to a high standard. Everyone working there are friendly and helpful. The kids pool is great for all ages, with 2 fun slides. The beach is very nice and sandy (and personally think the reviews moaning about the sharp stones are going over the top). The sea was warm in October with plenty of sun beds all day. Although our son was too young for the kids club, we went over there every day and he played with all the toys. The playground was also really good. Only downside was that we all got bitten my mosquitoes over there - I dont know if there's a way to control that. The breakfast and dinners had a big selection of lots of food which was all tasty. It was a bit busy, though and was quite stressful at busy times. Not particularly refined but you know what you are getting. A real highlight for us was that our sons lunch was free in the kids corner with a decent selection of food for him. We ate at 2 of the a la carte restaurants and although the food in both was good, they were extremely expensive. Finally, the kids disco every night was good fun (although 10 days of the same songs was a bit mind-numbing) and we enjoyed getting up for the parents dance. The entertainment after was also good fun but a mixed bag when it came to quality. Overall, a really great place we'd recommend which had a couple of minor flaws that knocked a mark off but nothing that would stop us returning.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'ensemble des employés est vraiment très aimable et attentionné envers les clients, le service est vraiment au top, le buffet de très bonne qualité, et le confort pack est juste magnifique il est comme un All inclusive, nous en avons eu pour notre argent sans jamais être déçus de quoi que ce soit, nous pensons déjà à revenir pour l'année prochaine. La chambre DELUXE FAMILY BUNGALOW WITH BALCONY que nous avions été juste immense et permet une vrai intimité au parent vus que les enfants dorment dans une autres pièces, petit bémol concernant la lumiere dans la chambre des enfants, le rideaux n'est pas assez occultant et donc réveil les enfants, mais avec la fatigues des différentes activités ils ont quand même passé de bonne nuit.
