A mediocre to bad experience. Photos that have been published by the hotel management are heavily photoshopped. We stayed for 7 nights on the 5th floor in a room that was really old and needed immediate renovation. Cleaning is not as we've been informed during check in, as they've changed towels 2 times in 7 days! Breakfast is mediocre as well and for a hotel in Rethymno serving it after 8am is not convenient for travelers that want to explore Crete's beauty. Location is great on the other hand as you're literally downtown having old town 5 minutes away on foot and Rethymno beach is just 5 minutes away also. Overall not a great experience, the hotel needs to get a total renovation and fix also the P.O.S. as it is unacceptable to have a problem for 7 days.

Ωραία δωμάτια και καλή θέση . Άνετα διαμέρισμα με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και ξεχωριστό κουζινακι. Τα κλιματιστικά που είχε το ζεσεναν πάρα πολύ ωραία και η τηλεόραση παίζει Ελληνικά κανάλια μπορείς να βάλεις και usb αν θες να δεις ταινία. Επίσης είχε 2 μπανια

ho comprato dei pantaloni nuovi ieri e prima di andare a lavorare lì ho messi per la prima volta. Poi mi sono diretto a lavare i denti in bagno e inavvertitamente ho appoggiato i pantaloni sul lavandino che era stato appena pulito dalle donne delle pulizie ma purtroppo è stata lasciata della candeggina sul bordo del lavandino e mi ha macchiato irreversibilmente i pantaloni appena comprati. Mi dirigo in reception per chiedere spiegazioni e sono stato trattato in maniera indegna dalla receptionist la quale mi risponde dicendomi che lei è qui solo per lavorare e non per risolvere i problemi degli altri. Non andate in bagno dopo che hanno pulito se non volete che vi si rovinino.

Πήγαμε εκεί για 2ημερο μέσω κοινωνικόυ τουρισμού. Από την πρώτη τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία η εμπειρία ήταν ευχάριστη κάπως η κοπέλα ητβα πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει στα πάντα. Μας δωθηκε ένα ωραίο διχωρο δωμάτιο μοντέρνο με θέα τον κεντρικό δρόμο. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτω αν δωθει η ευκαιρία. Είναι ούτε 1κμ από το κέντρο και βολεύει να πας με τα πόδια.
