Wederom een geweldig verblijf in dit geweldige hotel. wat een lieve mensen werken daar. Mooie kamers die elke dag worden schoongemaakt inclusief nieuwe handdoeken en badmat. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en variabel. Extra complimenten voor Evagelia van de receptie en Christina van de bar buiten, ze maakten ons verblijf extra aangenaam. Ook loopt de directie regelmatig langs de gasten om een praatje te maken. Dit maakt het heel persoonlijk. Heel erg bedankt voor alles. Nico en Nancy

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Atrium Ambiance hotel. We gaven de 1e dag aan dat we niet tevreden waren met onze kamer. We kregen de volgende ochtend direct een andere kamer. Het hotel is gerenoveerd en ziet er netjes uit. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en goed. Bij het dinerbuffet liet de temperatuur van het eten wat te wensen over. Dat was jammer.

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren meist 1 x, teils 2 x pro Jahr hier, sind sehr zufrieden, das Personal und der Service sind super, Preis-Leistung ist okay! Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe zum Strand, in 2 Km Entfernung liegt die sehenswerte Altstadt.

My stay was durnia 28th aprill to 5th may. Hotel is in realu pleasure location and it’s quite fresh and new. Please be carefule cose stuff here steal from me 49 euro for duble charge of tax. When i first time payed it they did not provide any recipt and ask for second payment on leaving date - for me honestly red flag, scam is not aceptable.

The hotel is nice, clean, and just 5 minutes away from the beach where there are also mini markets to buy whatever you need. The location is just 15 min nearby distance to the old town. The staff is great and helpful, the entertainment part was nice, and the food is very good. The best choice in Rethymno!

Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel per una settimana. Subito al primo impatto ci é sembrato un ambiente pulito e raffinato. La reception ampia e luminosa con personale sempre sorridente e gentile. Una bella camera, non tanto grande ma funzionale negli spazi. Il materasso e i cuscini ottimi. Il bagno, con doccia, un po’ piccolino ma pulitissimo. La camera silenziosa. Avevamo compresa la colazione e la cena. Il buffet in entrambi i casi era sempre molto fornito con pietanze sempre fresche e molto varie. Gli spazi esterni poi erano gradevolissimi. Una bella piscina con sdraio ed ombrelloni. La possibilità di mangiare all’esterno su una grande terrazza e di gustare un buon caffè al bar in un giardinetto ombreggiato. Insomma ci é piaciuto molto e speriamo di poterci tornare in futuro.
