Very nice hotel with an almost perfect location at the beginning of the old town. We had a two-room suite with a kitchenette that served us well. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Very clean and very comfortable beds. There is a free parking for hotel guests, which makes a car rental from and to the airport convenient. We can really recommend Palzzo Vecchio!

Adonis was a gracious host, and we especially enjoyed talkig with Nikki, who was part of the staff. Our apar**ent was spacious, and had a nice balcony with a nice city view that also looked out on the Fortezza. Adonis oriented us to the neighborhood with suggestions and a map. We had kitchen facilities that were very convenient and our bed and air conditioning made our sleep very comfortable. We were even able to easily extend our stay on short notice. We definitely recommend Palazzo Vecchio!

We stayed for a week and were made very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and the air-conditioning efficient, keeping the room cool. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Nikki who always made us feel that all guests are important and special.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely people who put you at ease and always happy to help. Comfortable, clean and beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Delicious breakfast with fresh produce and lots of choices.Our balcony had a view of the sea and fortress. We were sad to leave and would love to return!

Kleines, feines Hotel in sehr guter Lage nahe dem Zentrum von Rethymnon, trotzdem war es recht ruhig von der Lautstärke her. Das Frühstück war sehr in Ordnung, könnte noch ein klein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Dame mit den rotbraunen, kurzen Haaren die beim Frühstück anwesend war, war etwas”resolut” wie man so schön sagt. Virginia hingegen, die jüngere Dame mit den dunklen längeren Haaren und dem Zopf, die am späteren Nachmittag bis Nachts an der Rezeption sitzt, war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, von ihr haben wir viele Tipps und Empfehlungen bekommen die immer top waren!! Der private Parkplatz, der sich direkt gegenüber vom Hotel befindet, ist natürlich ein riesen Pluspunkt wenn man mit dem Leihwagen unterwegs ist, da in Rethymnon kaum Parkplätze zu finden waren im August. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub in einem schönen Hotel.

Kleines Boutique Hotel in einem 2stöckigen historischen Gebäude, in zentraler Lage unmittelbar an der Altstadt von Rethymnon und unterhalb dem Fort. Charmantes Ambiente und hübscher Innenhof mit Pool"chen". Dachterrasse mit Meerblick und Stad**auer. Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon zur Seitenstrasse oder zum Innenhof. Das Hotel verfügt über einen grossen beschränkten Parkplatz direkt gegenüber, was bei der Altstadtlage in Rethymnon einzigartig ist. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es einen grossen Platz mit einigen n i c h t touristischen Tavernen. Hier kann man gut und relativ preiswert Essen. Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Zum Badestrand etwa 20min. zu Fuß. Efcharistoume poli - Wir sagen Danke!
