The hotel is pleasantly located by the sea, 30 minutes walk from the port, with a pretty garden. The swimming pools are very pleasant and the deckchairs comfortable.
The staff is pleasant, smiling, but not up to standard for a hotel of this standard. Training problems are obvious: tables not necessarily cleared, non-compliance with orders.
The rooms were not cleaned very well, and often we had to ask reception to have it corrected. I regret having paid extra for a suite, whereas with a classic sea view room the view was much more beautiful, and the facilities of the classic room were better: my terrace lacked something to put wet clothes on to dry them, in the bathroom no shelf to put things on, it's really problematic for an establishment of this standard. Just like in the wardrobe, it was impossible to put the clothes down, I had to leave them on the desk even though there was a lot of empty space that could have been used as a shelf. This is not normal. The valet parking service is appreciable. Overall I am satisfied with my stay, but you have to be careful, because the price is high and the services are not necessarily up to standard.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location in a wonderful city. The rooms and property are immaculate and the service first rate. Why only four stars? Well, my reason may seem nit-picky but it's a very big deal for some travelers: The top of the very comfortable king mattress is at most 18 inches off the floor. Big deal because it's almost impossible to get out of the bed (without crawling onto the floor) if you're a bit elderly and/or have knee, shoulder or back problems. It's the only reason we wouldn't stay at the Nautilux when we return to Rethymno.

The room with a plunge pool was amazing, was able to use my pool whenever I wanted. Staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything I needed (taxis, recommendations etc) the in house excursions advisor was also amazing and helped me fulfill my trip to Greece! The attached spa also offers relaxing treatments (I tried the back treatment which was so nice I fell asleep).

This is an amazing resort hotel. Modern, with great use of technology to improve the guest experience, but still with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Staff are wonderful. So friendly and helpful, they clearly love working here. Beautiful snd sumptuous breakfast. Loved the private access to beach. Excellent restaurants and cafes just around the corner. We got the room with jacuzzi. Outstanding service 24/7. Classy hotel, we loved it!

Not only does this hotel offer the best beach set up in town they also have the best dinner buffet. The selection goes across continents, and all the food are perfectly marked with allergies. And the gluten-free desserts what’s the best I have had this year. They have an indoor outdoor dining solution, and amazing stuff that are fluent in several languages. So for a perfect day in Rethymno, start the day at the beach, followed by dinner at their buffet restaurant. Five star quality food in beautiful settings.

Neues Hotel in Kreta welches 2022 eröffnet wurde. Waren jetzt zum zweiten mal dort und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Auch wenn man in Kreta ohne Probleme top Essen gehen kann empfehle ich das All Inclusive Arrangement in dem Hotel! Es ist hier keine Massenabfertigung und das Personal ist sensationell.

Extremely small standard double room, you can barely get between the bed and the wall, I paid 200 eur / night in a hotel that wants to be top but we were disappointed. in the room I did not find bathrobes after I announced the reception they brought but they did not see that there are no disposable slippers. the balcony is very small and the view is on a road so you can't open the window because there are noxious substances inside. the bathroom sink does not have a shelf you do not have room for cosmetics. part of the hotel is under construction and you can hear the drills when you sit quietly on the terrace for a coffee. The hotel itself is nice but for 5 stars the details matter, on the beach there are boulders and planks that could be cleaned.

We booked a spontaneous holiday and saw an exciting new built hotel. When the bus arrived at the hotel, we heard the passengers say things like "wow, what a place!" and since we came here we have only experienced good things. The hotel room was great, close to the beach, good food and extremely good service. We are very pleased and will return here in the future!
