Very good atmosphere and very cozy. The access to the kitchen is a bit low. You have to watch your head. Overall, highly recommended. Great value for money.

The hotel was beyond amazing! We loved the original architecture in the lobby and room we were in. The staff was great; very helpful with touring and eating suggestions. The hotel is located right in the middle of old town with lots of shopping and dining options available around every corner. There was breakfast every morning included which was essentially a continental breakfast but they also made eggs to order. We hated to leave!

I have been fortunate to stay in some beautiful hotels, but I have to say that Casa dei Delfini is up there with the best. Located in a fantastic spot in the heart of the Old Town, this wonderful building has been sympathetically renovated and restored into a stunning hotel that provides all the modern conveniences without compromising the beauty of the original historic building. It is stunning. Katerina and Kon, the two charming hosts, are on hand to help with any enquiries and they take the comfort and happiness of their guests very seriously. They even happily put up with my dreadful Greek, although they both speak excellent English! A lovely Cretan style breakfast is provided. I will be back! Highly recommended.

Casa dei Delfini ist ein wunderschönes keines familiengeführtes Hotel mit einer unglaublich tollen Architektur. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Charme, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Penthouse mit Terrasse und Blick über die Dächer von Rethymnon und auf die Festungsruine gebucht. Hier kann man in aller Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Die empfohlenen Restaurants im Ort haben uns ebenso begeistert wie die Vorschläge für unseren Roadtrip. Gerne waren uns die Eigentümer bei der Buchung eines Taxis zum Flugplatz behilflich. Da unsere Abreise zeitlich vor dem offiziellen Frühstück lag, haben wir das Frühstück nach unseren Wünschen am Vorabend in unserem Kühlschrank vorgefunden. Wir erinnern uns sehr gerne an die schöne Zeit und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Trip nach Kreta, und dann auch wieder Casa dei Delfini.
