Mucha calor en la habitación, aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, al abrir la ventana se atrancaba y entraba mucho ruido del exterior.Parking con muy poco espacio y poca maniobrabilidad.Coches grandes no creo que puedan entrar.Tiene muy buena ubicación eso sí y la cama era cómoda y baños limpios.

La ubicación es muy buena, a 5’ de todo. Cerca para ir a las procesiones, a la catedral, a la plaza mayor, de tiendas, al parque. Pero la habitación mejorable. Hace un calor horroroso, y eso con la calefacción apagada. Teníamos que abrir la ventana, y eso es que hacía 2-3 grados fuera. No había cajones para guardar ropa y solo 4 perchas para dos personas

Ultra modern hotel which could be great, but is not. The issue is - they turn off both heat and air in March as it is between seasons, and my room was like an oven - super stagnant. Tried fiddling with the thermostat - nothing. Went down to the front desk, she said to open the window, which I did. The problem is - it's Spain and right outside a busy street. People are out until 5 a.m. doing their thing, so sleep was incredibly difficult. Beds / pillows also not super comfortable. No coffee in room, which is a minus. Bathroom was okay. I think we did not make the best choice for this city.

El hotel esta ubicado en el centro de Valladolid. La limpieza es correcta Y ahí acaba todo. No tiene ningun encanto. Habitacion mas bien pequeña , baño pequeño, sin apenas espacios comunes. Le sobra una estrella Garaje dificil.

La habitación interior roza la ilegalidad. Creo que solo hay 2 habitaciones (la 201 la mía) que dan al patio interior que está totalmente cerrado con lo que la habitación no tiene ventilación ni luz natural y además como enrejado con maderas. A mi forma de ver casi un mengaño ya que me costó un precio en el que no podía elegir con vistas o sin vistas o interior o exterior. Decepcionado en este aspecto. Por lo demás está todo muy nuevo y moderno

It was by the end of September 2023 that my wife and I spent five nights at this hotel. Its location could not be better, close to many sites and with easy access to Taxis and Buses. Actually, it is within walking distance of the train and bus stations. However, to find some restaurants it is necessary to walk some distance, perhaps 10-12 minutes. The breakfast food was good if not very varied, I particularly liked the eggs, and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Our rooms were nicely appointed, good size, and modern. Initially, we were assigned to a room on the first floor on the side of the hotel facing a Square (Plaza de Espana). After one night we asked to be changed. The room was very noisy due to the lively cafes and restaurants in the Square. Our second room, on the same floor, but on the opposite side of the building was incredibly quiet. The service and attention we received was good. The cafeteria (not the breakfast room) is very simple, but seems to offer a good selection of tapas. Our stay was pleasant. This hotel is not inexpensive, but it represents a relatively good value.

Una pena que en la cafetería un camarero de nombre José Antonio estropee la imagen del establecimiento, irrespetuoso, maleducado y sin ninguna profesionalidad, es la primera hoja de reclamaciones q hago en mi vida y tengo una edad. Lamentable porque soy cliente frecuente últimamente y el resto del personal un señor y una señora derrochan atención y son verdaderos profesionales.

Hotel bonito y agradable, muy bien situado en pleno centro de Valladolid. Habitaciones no muy grandes pero suficientes, limpias y modernas. Silencioso. AStención impecable en recepción y muy amable en cafetería.
