Pretty good for everything. Close to shops. Taxi to hotel was very expensive but I think this is the same across Iceland. Overall, pretty good stay. Recommended for their room and service. Can’t say much for the breakfast as we didn’t include it.

Great location of the hotel in the middle of Reykjavik. My room was facing the main entrance and it was a little noisy at times. Overall it is an average city hotel, but when I return I would most likely not have breakfast included. iover the 9 days I stayed, the breakfast selection was the same every day, there was e.g. never any smoked salmon. It is not value for money.

We’ve just returned from a great 3 night stay at this hotel. Our room was ready when we arrived early and we had been upgraded to a suite and given prosecco as we celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday. Great selection for breakfast every morning and we were given a breakfast bag each on our last morning as we were leaving at 06.45 am (ask for this at reception). Staff on reception were extremely helpful, we had bad snow storms whilst there and they helped us get in touch with our tour companies to change our plans as and when. The hotel is in a very good location - we got the Flybus from the airport and got off at the #3 bus stop which is just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. It’s close to shops, cafes, bars and all the city’s sights. We didnt require a taxi whilst in the city. We would return and would recommend the hotel to others - the only thing I would advise is to request a room away from the street as our room was noisy on the Saturday night we were there. Also the curtains didn’t fully close so had some street lights coming in - i used hair bobbles to tie them together and it did the job . These are only minor things! Thank you for the welcome.
