飯店位於雷克雅維克最熱鬧的區域，用餐逛街很方便，但停車十分不便。設施偏老舊但該有的都有，早餐選擇非常少不值得加購

服務態度真的很差 我把眼鏡落在房間 回去找直接説沒有了。而且我還是在離開酒店的幾分鐘就想起來了，打電話告訴酒店前台我的👓是放在了哪個具體位置並説我兩天後回來拿，結果到了之後像是不知道這回事一樣，事實上酒店前台應該一直都是一個，而且放失物的地方也不固定。找了一圈之後就説沒有你的東西，就急着打發走人。發訊息給酒店經理，説讓我過兩天來拿，我就覺得很奇怪為什麼當時沒找到而且我都離開冰島了。結果我發了照片過去，那個經理才發現不是我的。之後就一口咬定我記錯了，也沒有道歉，如果不是眼鏡這種比較重要的東西，我真的懶得浪費時間🙃就這服務態度
