The front desk staff are very helpful, and the hotel can store luggage for free. The breakfast is also very good! The hot water becomes stable very quickly!
The room was clean and quiet!
It's also very close to the church! The location is great!

The location is good. It takes ten minutes to walk to the church and the main attractions. The fine Chinese food next to it is super delicious.

I think this is a problem with Trip.com. When I was booking the room the hotel shown was the Foss Hotel thats rated 4-5 stars and is multi story. When I got there I was told there are 4 Foss hotels in the city and I'm at one of the smaller ones. This hotel only had 4-5 floors, was old with broken furniture and their hot water was well water ... and we all know that smells like rotten eggs. They had no bath soap or conditioner. When we asked for fan's we got the smallest desk fan. Although the staff's assistant was the best the facility itself is bad. the stairs had torn carpet. We were lucky we had to stay just one night there.

Rooms are on the smaller side but we had everything we needed. Breakfast is worth the extra cost, amazing selection! Bed was comfy and clean.

It was not what we expected at all, the elevator reeked of cigarettes in our way up, the room was very dingy looking with a cracked sink in the bathroom. The tv didn’t work so we immediately had to call the front desk and Alla was very helpful and kind, she was honestly the best part.
The room was freezing and everything felt sticky. The shower felt like a small prison and the curtain was very dingy.
Unfortunately I will not be recommending or returning to this hotel or franchise.

We have just spent 4 nights here and would highly recommend. The rooms are comfortable and warm, the beds especially. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and something for everyone. The location is great, right near the main streets so easy access to everything but far enough away that its quiet. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming and willing to offer help and guidance whenever needed. We would definitely come again.

This hotel is in a terrible condition and requires an internal and external renovation. While I clean and functional it was in very bad condition with rusty cladding on the balcony and rotting wood. Furthermore the balcony had not been cleaned in years and was dirty and growing weeds. The staff was friendly and the breakfast good.
