We booked a room on Ctrip but when we checked in, the hotel said they couldn't see the reservation information. Fortunately, there was an apartment (2 rooms) available for us. The entire homestay and apartment were very clean and tidy. Because of the ice and snow outdoors, there was a shoe rack at the entrance asking guests to put on shoe covers or change shoes. Guests also consciously kept the entire homestay clean like home. The front desk of guesshouse is not manned 24 hours a day. They will list the room numbers and names of the booked rooms and post them at the entrance. Guests can go directly to the corresponding room after arrival. A warm stay~
