This apartment is PERFECTLY located in downtown and was the perfect place for our family vacation. Everything was amazing. Very comfortable bed, and even the foldout was comfortable for our son (with sensory problems). The only problem was with the Wi-Fi. It was a little slow, but definitely a minor inconvenience considering the location. We plan to visit Reykjavik again, soon, and we already decided that we will stay at the same place. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay here in Iceland. The apartment has all the amenities you need. Just right for 2 people. The entrance door to the building is just through an arch way. Street parking was free between 6pm - 9am, since we were out during the day exploring, it worked well for us.

Great location downtown near the harbour. Super quiet. Well appointed . Easy check in process .

Excellent apartment in every way… Good location, very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean .. My son used the sofa bed and it was very comfortable.

I loved this little apartment. Location was perfect, everything in the apartment was great for a week's stay. I would definitely stay again. If I had to make any criticisms it would be that the floor may have not been swept before we arrived properly, but everything else was imaculate, and that the washer/dryer actually didn't dry.. nor were there instructions in English how to use it. Some people found it hard to find however, I looked on google street view and found it easily. It's not got Grey apartments on it but the building is definitely Grey and the only one with an archway to access it. Door key pad is just under the archway and lock box for each apartment on the wall as you go in. You can also walk through the newly created courtyard with other apartments as a short cut to the old harbour. Save some money and stay here because there are supermarkets just 10 min walk away and they are reasonably priced.

So glad we stayed here! The apartment is beautiful on a quiet street with views of the harbor. Everything we needed was provided and within walking distance to great restaurants. Excellent stay!!

Nice property., but note, there is no elevator so you have to carry luggage up 3 flights. Also liked that we could access the Exexter Hotel by a few stairso between the pdoperties, so we could get breakfast.

Nice apartment and good amenities provided

Lovely apartment within 5-10 mins of downtown. It has all the basics for cooking, everything was really clean. Download the “parka” app for easier paid parking, it also shows the free parking spots (everything that’s not colored). There’s free parking up the street. Book your northern lights tour for your first night and all the other day tours for the next day after you land because weather is really unpredictable here. There’s nothing but amazing restaurants around. We’re definitely coming back!
