There is no soundproofing, so the surroundings are too noisy
The location of the hotel is good and you can use a single room at a cheap price.

The room was smaller than expected but decent enough! There was no toothpaste when I arrived and the water had a very funny smell. Nevertheless the room was fit for my purpose and quite cosy!

The location is great and easy to find. However, I had a little trouble opening the hotel entrance because it seemed to be locked. There was a staff in the reception and I gave him signs that I couldn’t open the door. But he did not want to help and just kept asking us to try. After like 15 minutes he finally came and opened the door for us. Apart from this, the hotel was good for its price. Something extra is that I saw the northern lights in its room on the balcony, which was very lucky because it faced the right direction to the aurora, so it was a special experience.

Hotel was very close to everything in a great location. Hotel provided an excellent breakfast that was suitable to all tastes. Rooms were a little dated , however they provided everything we needed, will definitely stay here again

Great place to stay, staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Food was great and room was spotless clean. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to Iceland. All attractions are within walking distance and having 24 hour desk attendant makes it safe and secure
