There are two apartments, the location is confusing, you have to wait for a password to open the door, there are complete tableware in the room, the bathroom is relatively small, and it’s okay to stay for one night

We really liked this property, well located and quiet. Overall clean and basic appliances if you want to cook, reheat food etc. Only downside is that there’s no elevator, so it was a bit hard to get the suitcases upstairs.

Great location! Plenty of room for 3 people and the kitchen was great. Loved the access to laundry. Would stay here again for sure.

Alfred's Studios is easy to reach from bus stop Nr. 14 and just a short walk away from Laugavegur - the main shopping mile from Reykjavik. It was our 5th stay in Reykjavik and we enjoyed staying at Alfred's Studios a lot.

The property was godd, great location. perfect for 3 adults. Street parking is tricky and pricy but free after 6 pm.
