The hotel is one of the best in the area, but it cannot compare with five-star hot spring hotels in China. It is a very small pool, and a large text indicates that it is not recommended to take a bath for more than 20 minutes. A hotel package with three meals a day is a better option, but the quality of the three meals can only be enough to satisfy you, not good. The room is brand new and must have been renovated not long ago. The front desk is full of elderly receptionists with strong accents and difficult to understand English. We have been coming to this hotel for years and we always like it! The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent as always. The renovations were not too disruptive. The thermal water was just not the same as usual for several days and that is why we love coming! It was only two days before we left that it was like it used to be! But another lovely stay!
