酒店很乾凈，很有氣勢，高檔大氣上檔次，應該是四星酒店的標準，定的比較早，定的晚可能會沒房間或者漲價。

Quietly, conveniently and serenely stayed at this hotel for the past 6 days. Good to recommend this hotel as a priority choice especially for cologne travellers who preferable to stay away from bustling areas. An enjoyable back and forth daily walk from hotel to train station whereby some good restaurants are the best solutions of our hungers. Highly recommended to stay and definitely will stay again in the future. Thank you..

1分也不想給！訂了5晚3個房間，花了3W+，住的兩晚，後面因為行程突然有變動不得不提前退房，因為當時預訂的都是可退改訂單，就找攜程與酒店溝通後面沒住的幾天房費退款問題，結果酒店以酒店規定為由拒絕退款！説是系統已經做了預訂，沒法更改，然後我們要求更換其他人入住也遭到了拒絕，即使他們説系統做了預訂，但是衹要退房他們也不會給保留房間，也不允許預訂人之外的人入住，而是把所謂系統做了預訂的房間繼續賣給其他人！！！
3個房間最後損失了1.5W+，刷新了對鉑爾曼的認知！！！
行程問題誰也説不準，萬一有變，衹能自認倒黴！避免踩坑，謹慎選擇！！！！
