Very small room but just 2 minutes walking to Duisberf hbf but they close from inside so you might need to wait for check in

The staff is unreachable via e-mail. They can only be reachable via phone for a small 4h window during midday. While you cant exspect much from shared bathrooms and shared showers, the showers were clogged to an extend that it flooded the hallways. Any kind of food kr beverages (breakfast i.e.) were absent in the entire building.The accomidation of the room was the bare minimum and not much can be exspected from the duisburg train station area. Obviously. If I would have been left with any other choice, I would have booked differently and will certainly never book here again. Beware.

Nach dem Aufenthalt bekam ich am ganzen Körper einen stark juckenden Ausschlag. Bis auf diesen war alles in Ordnung. Auch das Zimmer war nicht sauber.

Everything is fine... but the 2nd floor with no elevator and only one handrail is a challenge for people with limited mobility. This should definitely be mentioned in the hotel description

Cheap hotel that keeps what it promises. We never saw any people at the reception, therefore it is difficult to rate the service. But the room was cleaned from the first to the second night. A perfectly fine hotel if price and location play any role.
