Nice and clean hotel. Beach is not the best, but definitely a plus to have one. Breakfast is great Asked a room service not to clean my room, but they did. As a result I couldn’t find my night guard.. they probably thought it was trash or something. That really disappointed me. But all in all we had a pleasant stay

Extremely disappointed as booked the ALL inclusive stay and turned out it actually meant ‘some’ inclusive as only some dishes and drinks are free for ‘all inclusive’ clients. For example in Cibus tapas restaurant only 4 dishes out of 24 were included in your ‘ALL inclusive’ menu. Also, all inclusive only lasted until 11pm. When we arrived we were pleasantly greeted with a drink and sat down. However during check in no one explained how the all inclusive concept works (or the specific rules and restrictions regarding it). Had to go and ask two different staff members as one reception staff struggled to understand English and gave confusing information. Some staff was dressed too casually (dirty cargo pants) and were difficult to identify as staff or what their role was. The side of the hotel which is the entrance to the bungalow rooms was filled with building materials, empty bottles and rubbish every day. This was a big eye sore. The whole complex is not gated. Anyone can walk to the bungalow rooms or pool off the street which did not feel very safe. No irons in rooms, asked for one over the phone on 4 different occasions. Eventually had to ask one in person at the reception before I got one. This unfortunately was removed from the room the next day. There was only one restaurant (buffet) for breakfast and one restaurant for lunch. The lunch restaurant was nice but not enough (all inclusive) variety to last more than 3 days. None of the restaurants offered any fish as a part of all inclusive option. Two restaurants were ok for dinner but the buffet was extremely underwhelming for 5* resort: Lack of variety, taste and presentation was evident. In the two other dinner restaurants our orders were forgotten on a few occasions and no top ups for drinks were offered throughout our meals. Evening entertainment was from 9-11 pm and usually consisted of a piano or saxophone player or a dj which was not entertaining. Pool was nice but there was no poolside service. You had to walk to the poolside bar to get a beverage. On a positive: the hotel was clean and daily housekeeping was to a good standard. Location of the hotel is good too; just at the end of the Main Street. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I have been to several 5* all inclusive resorts in Europe and elsewhere but this was by far the most disappointing due to the issues mentioned. I feel like the option of ‘all inclusive’ is false advertisement and I felt sad to discover what it actually meant. Would not return or recommend.

Interior designers take NOTE We never ever want a frosted glass loo door! All in all great 10 days Credit to the staff Management should be very proud

The reviews are really justified for this lovely resort. Some specific things to highlight: Everyone really is so friendly and helpful, service with a smile. The food options are really good - the buffet restaurant has a big selection, the restaurant by the pool has plenty of options so that you won't need to eat the same thing often unless it's so good you can't help yourself! When it turns into an Italian restaurant in the evening it's also really nice. The only strange thing is the all inclusive package - only about 1/3 of the menu tends to be on the all inclusive, the rest you have to pay for with a varying discount (between 15-20%). However, there doesn't seem to be much logic behind what's included - of 2 dishes of the same price only 1 might be included. It's not like a standard all inclusive place where the steak and lobster, or other high cost items are subject to a supplement, but instead some low cost items are as well (e.g. burger or certain pastas). The room is a strange layout without a separate bathroom, but instead a sink in the room and separate toilet and shower - having said that, the shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The gym was adequate but not very big, so I can imagine at peak times can be quite busy. The pool area is lovely with a great bar and friendly service - by the time we left the resort seemed to be filling up quite a bit though, so sometimes there weren't any sun loungers available beyond 11am, however, there are very comfy double sun mattresses on a raised area around the pool which were great too. The area outside the hotel is basically a couple of streets with some average looking bars and restaurants, and souvenir shops, but worth a wander around. Transfer time from the airport is only 25 mins or so, which is also a great aspect. All in all we really enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend it! Thanks to all the staff, you really add to the experience.

We spent really great days there, giota maltre and her team were amazing and super friendly, the food and service was 10 stars worth. Also michael karanikolas was always there if we needed something at the beach, hugz! Whole Team treated us like Family members, see ya all next year!

The staff are some of the friendliest and nicest people I have ever met. The food on the hotel grounds was all amazing especially in the Maistros restaurant by the pool where Alexandros was extremely accommodating and nice. All round great.

Amazing experience, uaritsa was very comforting and made the whole process relaxing. A great way to spend the last couple days of our holiday
