"The hotel is brand new. It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool."

"Centrally located hotel with quick access to major attractions. It's close to the bus station and the port where day trips depart. Helpful staff, but the rooms are a bit dark and cramped. Little attention to detail (very worn doors, superficial cleanliness, and not even a welcome bottle of water). Breakfast lacks character and is of average-to-low quality and repetitive. I think you can find better for this price."

"A beautiful well maintained apartment in a great location overlooking the sea. This apartment has everything you could ask for whilst staying in Stegna. The host were very helpful and informative as to what the local village had to offer. Will definitely be back soon "

"This was such a stunning hotel. It has recently been renovated and the decor is just beautiful. They have live entertainment on a Monday. The breakfast is immaculate and had so much variety. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Any queries we had they could help. The location is perfect! Only a short walk to the harbour. Room was spacious and lovely!"

"I couldn’t ask for more. Place was accessible, it was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler it was great and i felt safe the entire time. I also recommend trying the hotel’s massage service."

"Have been to this Hotel many times and there have been small issues but nothing major so we never complained. I am at this time spending my second Easter here but I am very disappointed. On arrival reported that there was an issue with one bed and we were told to wait to see if they could sort it or if not what would be done. Went back to room with maintenance and it seemed issue is in bed base and it seemed broken. Maintenance disappeared we then waited in the room no one came and as the room also had no phone to call reception we took to our luggage and went again for a second time to reception. The receptionist acted annoyed when we asked for a change off room and said we would have to wait she then went to the back office. My Husband then asked back office person about changing room. We where told to take a seat. Then we where shown to a room she asked if it was ok we checked bed and said it was ok. She then went to leave we told her that we had keft our Easter things in the other room she said they would be sent to the new room. When looking at the room after she left we discovered our view from our balcony is out onto a wall. The bathroom has got mold in areas of the grout, we have a phone but it does not work, the curtains have small moth holes all over them and the safety deposit box was locked Again could not call down about safety deposit box so another trip to reception We declined to return again with them to the room as we had spent enough of our time waiting about due to hotel room issues and wanted to go out. Returning to the Hotel tonight we have voiced our disappointment however this was answered by the age old excuse we are full. I will really think twice about returning again to this Hotel as our complaint has been handled badly and we actually feel we have been down graded into a sub standard room."

"Good hotel in the city center, small rooms, balcony, sink in the room, fridge, but no free water. Clean. Very varied and tasty breakfast. The nearest beach is 3 minutes walk away."
