Great
GGuest UserThis was such a stunning hotel. It has recently been renovated and the decor is just beautiful. They have live entertainment on a Monday. The breakfast is immaculate and had so much variety. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Any queries we had they could help. The location is perfect! Only a short walk to the harbour. Room was spacious and lovely!
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Lindos Sun. The service was excellent, the food good, and the poolside restaurant was a pleasant surprise — offering generous portions at very reasonable prices.
We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade from a superior room to one with a private pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A few minor downsides: the nearest supermarket is about a 25-minute walk away along a busy road, so we recommend taking the bus, which conveniently stops right outside the hotel.
Breakfast was good overall, though drinks had to be ordered through the staff rather than being self-serve. This sometimes led to delays — drinks arrived 10–15 minutes after we’d finished eating, which was a bit inconvenient.
All in all, we had a great experience at Lindos Sun. While there are a few small areas for improvement, it’s a lovely hotel that offers great value and service.
GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel, the location is brilliant, 1 minute walk away from the beach. The Old Town where the main attractions are is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away.
There is parking right out the front free of charge, it can be tricky to find a space, I imagine in the summer it would be difficult but May was fine, I was able to park every day.
The breakfast was fine as well but very busy with not many tables left over. There was also a good choice.
The rooms were clean, although I could not find any controls for the air conditioning so it did get quite stuffy. The air con comes on very briefly when the balcony door is closed and then goes off again after a minute. There were also quite a few small bugs around the balcony door and a few in the bathroom but this may just be because it was very hot in there.
All in all though, a great hotel
SSolotravelsLovely hotel with good food/drinks. I came as a young solo female traveller and was made to feel very comfortable by everyone at the hotel and even got an upgraded room on the highest floor which felt very safe. Would definitely come back.
GGuest UserWe loved our stay! Would return and would recommend!
Food is reasonably priced, delicious & plentiful, pools space is generous, rooms are modern & well kept. Convenience store nearby has all you need. A short walk to the beach & many restaurants. Perfect for all including families.Reception are amazing!! Housekeeping do a good job too!
Old town is close and easily accessible.
SStewart ThompsonWe only had breakfast, which was fine. Busy between 9am and 10am, better to go for breakfast before 9am if possible. Location good for Harbour and Old Town, about 15 minute walk. Beach directly in front of hotel. Pool on the small side, but there is good shade when it’s too hot. Only issue was the pool closed at 7pm. Would of been nice if it was open a little later to cool off after being out all day. Staff were helpful and polite. Hotel clean
GGuest UserAn extremely satisfying experience!!! Very clean and beautiful. Opening the curtains, you face the sea. It's really happy to walk out barefoot through the back window and feel the hot shore rocks☺️. Breakfast and dinner are very rich. The restaurant is spacious. You can always see butterflies and little cats outside the window. The service attitude is as warm as the sunshine on Rhodes! I'm a little reluctant to leave. Every staff member is very friendly. We will stay here next time!
An absolutely amazing experience! Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully arranged. As soon as you open the curtains, you’re greeted with a stunning view of the sea. Stepping out barefoot through the back window onto the sun-warmed rocks was pure happiness☺️.
Both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and delicious. The restaurant is spacious, and you can always spot butterflies and little cats outside the window. The service was as warm and welcoming as the sunshine on Rhodes!
We honestly didn’t want to leave. Every staff member was incredibly kind and friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again next time!
Aapple fuThis hotel is near the sea in the new city of RDOS, because there are no tourists in winter, the hotel is very cheap, but the hotel facilities are not reduced because there are no tourists, heating is available, the service is super good, the breakfast is super rich, although I saw that I was eating breakfast alone, The hotel has a bus stop to the airport in three minutes, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to the old city. It is very convenient to have a bus to LINDOS for only 6 euros.
GGuest UserHad a fab stay at this delightful hotel for my daughter’s wedding and on the whole the Eagles Nest met all our needs, although air conditioning wasn’t great.
Breakfast was varied and plenty of it and the Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful particularly Dmitri who runs the bar.

Aanother guestWe've stayed here at the beginning od July. The room was located at the main building. It was very spacious with a huge balony and good working air condition, but with outdated bathroom. Great swimming pools and aquapark but could be more sunbeds. The food was good. There was also swimming pool bar with some snacks and ice cream. The wine, beer and drinks were ok.
The stuff was friendly.
There is a car rental office at the hotel. They have good price and are very helpful.
The hotel is well located, 10 minutes by bus from the airport and 20 minutes from Rodos old town. The bus stop is next to the hotel.
The airplanes frequently approaching to the airport weren't disturbing and watching them was a kind of attraction for us.
I think the biggest problem for the hotel owner is the sewage area located at the central point of the hotel area. It is well hidden with beatiful greenery but the odour is bad. Fortunately, it smells bad only at the close distance to that.
Rodos island is great. We recommend to visit old town Rodos, Lindos town and Filerimos mountain and monastery.
