Service was normal, open buffet breakfast was good. The room and bathroom are a bit small for 2 people. The bathroom door wouldn't close and wouldn't lock.

Il s'agissait de notre 4ème séjour dans cet établissement et nous avons été plus que déçu. Nous avons dû changer de chambre à cause d'une bouche d'aération donnant dans la chambre très bruyante, la seconde chambre avait comme séparation avec le couloir un mur de pavés de verre qui laissait passer la lumière du couloir la nuit, c'était vraiment très gênant ! La salle du petit déjeuner est étouffante, sans aération. De plus il n'y avait pas de beurre, que de la margarine à température ambiante, nous avons dû réclamer pour avoir du beurre les autres matins, ils nous a été donné personnellement, les autres clients n'avaient que la margarine. Nous aimions beaucoup cet hôtel, mais il y a maintenant beaucoup de choses à revoir et beaucoup de travaux à faire dans les chambres. On a vraiment l'impression d'économies de bout de chandelle et c'est dommage.

This was lovely place to stay, it was very central, walking distance to the old town, places of interest and shopping district, plenty of restaurants and cafes and bars around. The hotel itself was very clean, nice lobby and breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, clean and everything you need was provided, toiletries, hairdryer, etc. the only downside was that the pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable, but the bed itself seemed to be a king size and was fine. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The only good thing is its location. The room was not even cleaned, there were ants on the nightstand as well as on the bed. I've never seen this before. The pillows smelled bad and finally the water in the bathroom was forced to run so we couldn't even take a bath. Shame for the money we paid.

Although the location was excellent, one lady (blonde) in the service staff - at breakfast - was rude. She looked at us wrongly and was ironic towards us! In the rooms The water was cold every day without being informed that they have a problem with the hot water. What could be better than taking a bath in the month of February with ice water!!! Dream! Also in the rooms there were no remote controls for the air conditioners! As a result, we get cold morning, noon and night! There was no good soundproofing. I don't think I would book again after this
