9 night stay in this hotel via booking. As luck would have it, the hotel is no longer on booking but ok for reservations. Payment only in cash (entirely more than 500€ = not legal) upon arrival and more expensive than the amount provided on booking: 10€/day in addition for air conditioning (did not warn of the increase, initially 8€ /day). Poorly maintained room, cockroach and electricity that blew (sparks = dangerous) in room 17, change for room 18. Uncomfortable bed (spring ++), back pain guaranteed. Curtain not blackout at all, Broken fridge freezer. Safety standard not respected. Crack in the balcony, electric wire hanging, water flowing everywhere (because of the air conditioning). Pipe hanging outside, brick lying in the corridor outside. Risk of falling/slip outside. Bass noise at night. Maria, very dishonest, claims to booking that we never came (all to make money off our backs). Check out non-existent, not there for departure. A real rogue! Ignore emails. In short, very hypocritical and too family-friendly (hugs/hugs of convenience). Maria hardly present in the establishment. The irony is that she informed Booking that we had not come to the hotel and therefore it was not possible to leave a comment on booking. Shame on you Maria!

Alloggio decadente e con aria di completo abbandono. Mobilio vetusto e in parte rotto. Piscina con acqua torbida e scaletta senza pioli. Bagno senza fornitura di sapone . Reception quasi inesistente. Aria condizionata non suffuciente per la intera stanza. ll prezzo è assolutamente ingiustificato per il servizio considerato che dopo pochi metri esiste una location per famiglie assolutamente nuova e pulita a prezzo inferiore. unico dato positivo è la posizione di fronte alla spiaggia, assolutamente sconsigliato.
