Sheraton's brand is tall. On the day of arrival, since the ship arrived at Rhode Island early in the morning, we arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock, and there were no vacant rooms to check in. The little brother at the front desk informed the room to be prepared first, and would clean up and arrange for us to check in as soon as a guest checks out. The guy at the front desk saw that we were bored while waiting, so he took the initiative to ask us if we needed breakfast, and then took us to have breakfast, that is to say, he gave us a free breakfast, because the order did not include breakfast on the day of check-in, very user-friendly, great Thumbs up!

Beautiful resort. Upgraded to an ocean view room with a balcony, overlooking the pools. August is hot, but bearable. My room was large enough with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth the cost - a large room with every dining choice you could think of. Dining indoors or outside by the pool. The service throughout was impeccable. Shortcomings are location, the walk under street to get to Sheraton's rocky beach. City bus to city center is convenient and inexpensive but could be more reliable. Concierge was helpful in booking day trip to the other side of the island. Other side of the island has better beaches.

The Sheraton Rhodes resort was a little out of town but a shorti tax or bus ride took you to there. The rsort was very well managed, friendly staff and the rooms were large and high quality. The pool are a was good and overall recommended if in Rhodes.

We came here for a family wedding and the holiday from beginning to end was amazing. There are enough sunbeds, there is a shop in the hotel which sells everything you need and the hotel is massive. There is a small pool for the children and another pool for adults. If you order food at the bar, the staff bring it to your sunlounger. We ordered a chicken ceaser salad most days and it was amazing.

We did book a Garden View room but did receive an upgrade to Sea View room upon check-in. Thank you!!
Unfortunately, the wifi was very poor inside the room. We informed reception and even a technician came but eventually it wasn’t (or couldn’t) be fixed. Also, the master switch to switch off the main light, switches off half off the power sockets. The technician fixed it with extension cables. Thank you!!!
We were pretty disappointed with the breakfast. Coffee was not tasty (filter and also machine), scrambled eggs made from powder; fried mushrooms were canned mushrooms; not one decent dark bread was offered; fruits and vegetables we tried were not tasty; and overall the same selection every day.

We were very happy with the Sheraton Rhodes Resort. We had a spacious sea view room which was very nice. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and again the wait staff very attentive and friendly. We stayed here for 5 days and had a great time.

Stayed for 5 nights, and Overall for a hotel that brands itself as 5 star, we felt a 4 star was more justified. The main reception was lovely but unfortunately it did not reflect on the rest of the hotel.
We stayed in a standard room with a sea view, room itself was a decent size and the bed was a great size and comfortable. However the pillows were so worn down and a massive pain to sleep on leaving us with neck pains.
Great bathroom and shower pressure was fantastic.
One feedback for the pool area, would be to have a member of staff collecting guests empties as tables were always seen to be full.
Besides a very rocky/pebbled beach, it was easy access to the beach and the area was lovely.

It was not bad, except the resteraunt food led to food poisoning the first day. In addition, resteraunt staff hD no clue I paid with charge card rather than charge to room.
