All Senses Ocean Blue Sea Side Resort

Recently stayed here after our booking was changed at the last min (original booking had an issue 2 days before we flew out). not having time to look around much, this was something we picked as it was close to where we were meant to be staying. some of the reviews we had read left us with mixed impressions but based on the recent reviews we chose this hotel. I will say, service is great. staff are friendly, especially the entertainment team. Ian, Louna and Kitty are all assets to the hotel. the team at reception were great too and helpful. I did however not like the way 1 of the staff was speaking to some new starters in the dining hall. they were getting told off for having a drink in front of guests and it's not appropriate. It was 32 degrees, so i can't see any guests having an issue if staff want to stay hydrated but snapping at staff in front of guests is inappropriate Generally the hotel is clean but needs some maintenance especially in the rooms. On the first day we had to complain that the rail on the balcony is not getting cleaned and has lots of bird poo, it wasn't followed up with, so we had no where to dry swimsuits. our room was not cleaned despite a sign being left on the door. it was cleaned after I complained, even then the bed is done, and the towels are changed but i didn't see the floor was swept or mopped. even when we moved the sofa in the room, we found hairbands from previous guests. we also had a wobbly toilet, which was addressed the same day luckily the shower had signs of rusting and mildew, so a deep clean would be a good idea All other areas of the hotel were kept in good condition expect the Gym. not sure i would class it as a gym as it had minimal equipment and looked outdated. On a positive, food was generally tasty and plenty. my only complaint would be signage needs to be better. I am a vegetarian and it makes it hard to figure out what i can have or not. most days the pasta sauce had signs indicating they were not veg friendly so what would I eat the pasta with? The potato salad had a Vegetarian sign but had ham in it there was a day when the hummus had bits of sausage on it to decorate it. I even recall picking up a pastry where is said apple pie and actually had cheese inside. so as a vegetarian it makes it difficult to eat. The pool side bar is advertised to have hot and cold snacks but there were some sandwich's, which were not marked with what was in them, some loafs of cake, biscuits and fruit, but nothing else. Good location as the short walk to the main road, where you can get a bus into the old town. there are also some coffee shops and supermarkets to grab anything you may need However please note, it is near the airport and you will see and hear planes go above the hotel. Flights start early and are running till late hours, so not a great location for light sleepers I would suggest walking down a little if you want to go to the beach, it is very pebbly but a little further down the coast you will f

The place is nice and view very beautiful. Allthing were great. Mrs Matina (Mrs worked in kitchen) was very nice and helpful and understanding. Very thanks for her. Second person whos I remember is Mr Dariusz on the reception. Didn't any problem for him when I need help or explain. His colleague - woman, was very nice also. All people very nice. I can't say any wrong things. Eatings were dellicious and alkohol was too :) I don't remember surname man who made entertainments, but he was great... I couldn't explain from where he had a lot of energe :) I recommend the place and atmosphere

Were do I start!! Arrived late at night reception looked lovely. They advised we got an upgrade from a garden view to a swim up pool . Just behind main hotel, bridge was made of plywood the swim up pool full of pigeon droppings and the door looked like a jail door. Inside was disgusting room and toilet 174 went to reception then exchanged next day 154 same but brighter. The main pool area lovely the pool toilet disgusting no seat on one of them. The food area was okay inside but seats in and outside are very stained especially at night when you had to wear nice clothes. The best of this hotel is the views and the staff, Ian and luna excellent with outside entertainment can’t praise enough. Maria n restaurant was lovely and reception were very kind. On last day we struggled to get a shower room as hotel was busy got passed from spa to hotel several times till eventually they gave us a room. Not 4 star would say 3.

This hotel has everything we needed. It was clean and in a nice location. You get some cocktails and spirits included in All Inclusive, the food was okay, quite repetitive but always an option for everyone. The entertainment guys were fab, always getting people up for the activities and playing good music by the pool. The beach was right at the bottom of the hotel where you could go for a nice swim. 20 minuets in a taxi into Rhodes Town and there is 2 bars right opposite the hotel, Billys and Idel Bar. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again

A beautiful hotel, great location right on the beach. Yes the hotel is run down in places, but it's still well maintained. From check in to check out, all the staff were very friendly. On arrival, 1 hour late, the lady on reception put on our AI band and told us to go eat before we get our room. On checking in, we were told we had been up graded to a room with a shared pool, which was great. The room was big, clean and water in fridge. Rooms were "cleaned" daily, and towels changed. Although toilet roll was a bare minimum, and had to ask for more. Food became repetitive, but caters for all tastes, chips, fish, pasta fruit ect. We did eat out a couple of evenings but did eat at hotel during the day. Entertainment, Ian was fantastic, and never get any credit looking at previous reviews, he was 100 miles an hour all day and tried to get everyone involved, without being pushy. Darts, water polo and water aerobics. On our last day Ian had to make up numbers for water polo, and had us all laughing . He was by far the nicest , funniest entertainer in the hotel, who needs much more credit. Would recommend an early start to see the beautiful sunrise and the sunset at the beach. Amazing views Billy's sports bar opposite the hotel done the best gyros and at an great price too. All in all a great week away with my daughter. Would I go back?? Maybe, but if I was to go back to Rhodes I would look at a hotel closer to the old town.

Well to start with we had read some reviews before and after our week stay in June 2024 this was our honeymoon and one year anniversary combined . Booked this holiday with Tui and we paid an extra £500 for the swim up pool to make things more special . On arrival the hotel thought we had missed our flight as we had a 19.55 departure from Gatwick which was delayed by an hour or so. We arrived at the hotel at approx 4 am local time . They were not expecting us at all and thought we had missed our flight!! we were hungry and thirsty , but also tired so we didn’t expect to be fed at that time, but a drink would have been nice . The good bits first , the restaurant food was fantastic lots of lovely salads and cold meats and cheese as well as delicious hot dishes at all meal times . The pork and chicken meat skewers were so tasty , something for everyone. We didn’t have a bad meal .Great chefs !! The restaurant is well stocked and the staff are well organised in this department , i can’t praise them enough . Ice creams and little snacks are available all day and the pool bar was never busy . The bad bits : The Hotel is very tired in places and the rooms also reflect this . The bed was very wide and comfy but the bathrooms are very dated . The rooms with the swim up pool in the behind the reception dome have a pigeon problem and the patio s are covered in poo which finds it way into the pools that never seemed to be cleaned . This made me not want to use it even though I paid an extra £500 to have it . We paid a lot for this hotel and we did expect more, it just didn’t feel very special and certainly wasn’t luxurious. All in all it was a good holiday for the food and weather . But the hotel could do with a refurb sooner rather than later . Also get rid of the pigeons first . Would I go back ? Yes for the food alone and the weather. The staff here are great and it a shame The hotel itself lets them down .
