Gennadi Grand Resort

It's a first-class resort. This is the second time we have stayed there, and we always said we would never go back to a holiday hotel! The staff here are not just polite, they are genuinely friendly. They make you feel like a valued guest. The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard, a testament to their professionalism. Very good gym/spa. There is plenty of room around all the pools so you don't feel crammed in at any point during the day. All in all, excellent value for money.

Wow, this place is fantastic! The hotel is run seamlessly and we were very impressed. We had a room with a pool which was so lovely for quiet time. The room was very clean with a big comfortable bed. The only downside was a strange placement for the loo and the shower, felt they were the wrong way round. We were only booked in for breakfast but as the food was so good we ate in the hotel for 3 evening meals. There was plentiful choice and food was beautifully cooked and of good quality. Gennadi town is easily accessible by foot or bus, and we ate in the restaurants there too. All the hotel staff were friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. A special mention to Penia and Daniela who went above and beyond. We hope to return!

Stayed from 15th of May for 1 week. From the moment we arrived staff were so so friendly check in totally seemless room spotless food fantastic. Daniela such an asset to your team as was alexandro in the spa. Would definitely recommend and will return. We arrived at the end of may, the weather was fantastic. We had a sea view room with a private pool, and could not fault it. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon sun. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned each day with new bottles of water provided. The staff were very attentive and always greeted you with a smile. Anything we needed we could ring down to the reception and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will 100% come back!!

The hotel was amazing, friendly staff, gorgeous room with a private pool and lovely food. The only problem was lunch time. The buffet restaurant wasn’t open which was disappointing as we were led to believe it would be so as a non meat eater the choices were limited. The al la carte restaurants had fantastic food but not so good if you just fancied a small snack. The beach area needs a little bit of work but other than that we can’t fault it. The main bar was fabulous with its choice of drinks, service and entertainment. A luxury holiday that we will be visiting again.

This is our 2nd visit to this resort, it is soo relaxing hence our return. I would like to mention a couple of the staff who went above and beyond Aristeidis being one of them you needed anything he would sort it for you Mikki, Daniella, Anna, and the lassie from the wet bar they certainly worked to look after you and make sure everything was good for you well done. We stayed in room 3107 for 2nd time fabulous room perfect view The hotel made sure my birthday was celebrated well thank you. We used the Italian restaurant a couple of times and the buffet restaurant but as previously commented some of bainmarie food was only warm or cold did point out to Aristeidis and he looked into it. We will be back again in the near future. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place to go. Thank you.

Firstly I wish I could give this review 10stars. It is simply amazing. From our arrival we were treat like royalty, the welcome was beautiful & considering the size of the hotel it felt personal- as though we were being greeted by old friends. We had booked a swim up room, requesting one close to the restaurants & bar area as my mobility is currently reduced. We were given a room overlooking the main pool area & of course the sea beyond. The A La carte restaurants are sublime, our favourite in particular was the Italian Ten 2 One. Anestis & his unbelievable knowledge of the menu & ingredients used helped us choose stunning dishes, with wine to compliment. Adam, Radion & Daniela who work the pool bar are an absolute credit to the hotel also. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Radion makes fab cocktails & Adam is just the sweetest guy. The buffet restaurant was amazing, it absolutely didn’t have the usual All Inc cattle market vibe, it felt classy & cosy. I feel we need to give a special mention to the staff in the Grand Bar at night. Penia & Dinos are the dream team, we feel fortunate that the hotel was fairly quiet at night & so we had an opportunity to have a few decent chats with them. Dinos makes the absolute best cocktails I have ever tried, anywhere. He is a master of his craft, with a head bursting with ideas & creativity. Please make sure you try one. Penia takes so much care over the guests, regardless of who you are. She has the kindest, most genuine soul & I feel so lucky to have met her. During our stay I was fortunate enough to visit the spa & booked in for the Luxury Hammam Experience. All I can say is WOW. Just wow. If you can, then book a treatment during your stay, its not hard to understand how they have won so many awards. I can not wait to return to this gem & would 110% recommend to anyone wanting to experience luxury in Rhodes x
