Alexandros and the team were excellent. Visited the spa with my fiancée who received ‘mum to be’ trea**ent whilst I received a deep tissue massage. Both trea**ents we had were of a high standard which relaxed us for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend.

Beautiful junior suite with view of the bay, very quiet and relaxing with our own pool , water too chilly in May ! However we used the delightful spa with very welcoming and attentive staff. The facilities are state of the art with a serene ambiance. The indoor pool was a delight kept at a perfect temperature . My husband and I are a little too arthritic for the cool pools outside at this time of the year when they haven’t yet been heated up by the sun , so the spa pool was the perfect place for a relaxing swim . Wir haben im Mai 2024 einen 9-tägigen Urlaub im Gennadi Grand Resort verbracht. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht. Der Urlaub war wunderschön und erholsam. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage und unser Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks ließ keine Wünsche offen (der griechische Joghurt ist ein Gedicht!). Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, um Ausflüge zu machen und evtl. ins benachbarte Gennadi zum Abendessen zu fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mooi groot opgezet resort. Wij zijn hier in mei 2024 geweest. En hadden alleen ontbijt geboekt. Onze kamer lag helemaal achter aan in het resort. Voor het ontbijt was het 10 minuten lopen. Het ontbijt is ruim opgezet. Voldoende keus voor ieder wat wils. Je wordt netjes naar een tafel begeleid. Personeel is overal heel vriendelijk en spreken goed Engels. Er zijn genoeg restaurants in de buurt waar je kan eten. Een paar aandachtspunten. * Frisdrank is alleen pos**ix. Naar mijn mening niet lekker met een chemische nasmaak. Blikjes zijn wel te koop in het winkeltje 1,50 euro. * Niet alle swimup’s hebben de hele dag zon. Onze kamer had gelukkig zon tot 15:00 uur, maar de overburen kregen pas zon op het dek na 14:30 uur. Als je wil zonnen is dat dan jammer. Voor onze kamer lag wel 1 van de zwembaden, die in deze periode heel rustig was en genoeg legen bedden * Houd je van uitgaan en shoppen en markten dan is deze omgeving niet de juiste. Er is verder weinig te doen buiten het resort dan wat hele klein dorpjes. Op Lindos na dan, maar dit is een heel druk bezocht dorp. Wij kregen er spontaan benauwd van. * Een auto is wel aan te raden als je dan al iets wilt gaan doen. Deze is bij het hotel ook te huren.

This was our first visit, we had an amazing holiday. As soon as we stepped through the hotel doors we were greeted with a drink and a face cloth. We were taken to our room via golf buggy. We came back to our room on one of the days and they had given us a bottle of wine and a fruit basket which was such a lovely gesture. We couldn’t fault the food or the staff overall. Very clean and our suite was amazing. Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Penia in the bar was so friendly and welcoming. We tried a few of the a la carte restaurants (the steak restaurant and oyzo restaurant) which again we could not fault. The whole place was spotless and the staff are constantly keeping it clean and tidy. We spent some evenings watching the entertainment which again was very good. In the day by the pool they have a few hours of entertainment, the sax player was great. We decided to have a spa trea**ent, we were again greeted by alexandros who was so welcoming and very knowledgeable, we went for the hammam experience, I would highly recommend this package, you get the hammam and then a massage and I can say it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The staff again in the spa were all so lovely I even went back for a pedicure! There is a small shop on the resort too which is really handy as you have a fridge in your room to store drinks etc. Honestly cannot fault this hotel and we are already looking at returning.

I recently stayed at Gennadi Grand Resort and was thoroughly impressed! The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was spotless with modern amenities. The location is ideal to relax on your vacation , and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service, making my stay perfect. I highly recommend Gennadi Grand Resort and can’t wait to return!

We’ve had the most amazing time @ Gennadi Grand Resort. From the moment we got there we received a warm welcome from the staff. We were taken to our room in a buggy, which was cool. Our room was one of the junior suites which was over looking the reception pool & the view we had was beautiful. We were given all the information we would need throughout our stay. Fresh water was replenished everyday for us. The staff at reception, the cleaners, staff at breakfast, dinner & lunch were so friendly & attentative & made us feel so welcome. The facilities are great the entire place is spotless & super clean. The little beach was a gem & just a stones throw away. This holiday was so relaxing, we loved every minute of it. Thank you all & we look forward to seeing you all again soon xx

I had a fantastic stay at Gennadi Grand Resort!! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and well - equipped. The food was amazing , offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options! Exceptional customer service made my stay perfect. Also, the front office team deserves high praise! They were friendly, efficient and always ready to help with a smile I highly recommend Gennadi Grand and look forward to returning!!!!

Just came back from vac to get some rest. it actually worked perfect. The hotel is one of a kind. The Architecture, the facilities, the staff...everything was perfect. Especially i want to mention the kitchen staff. The leading team was everywhere checking every spot with food, from the main restaurant to canteen.The food was awesone. I had the oportunity to talk with the Executive Chef (dont remember his name) about the enviromentally friendly identity of the hotel and im still clapping. Overall we had one of the best holoidays ever..We will try to come back next year
