Another fantastic stay at this lovely hotel, took my friend as she saw how happy i was when i returned. The pool is so inviting,so warm, plenty of sunbeds and parasols.Room was cleaned with towels changed every two day.Nothing was a problem for the staff that worked there.Bus route was within walking distance, was about 15 minutes walk to the beach but well worth the walk,Restaurants were either a 10-15 minutes walk left or right on the main road.roll on 2024 for my next 2 or 3 visits.

Just returned from an amazing holiday stay at Summerlands and planning to go back. The hotel is in beautiful grounds, well looked after pretty gardens and a great, spacious pool area. Everywhere is clean, well maintained and you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. My room was ideal - beds were comfortable, shower was powerful and again, it was immaculate. The sunny balcony provided views of the pool area, mountains and of the stunning sunsets. Plenty of breakfast options and the bar is well stocked with meals available should you want to snack/lunch/dine there. I found the location ideal - just 20 minute drive from the airport and the same bus journey into Rhodos. Just a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the main road and bus stop. Brilliant location if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing trip but within easy reach of eveywhere you might want to visit. Beach is a short walk from main road and busy Lalyssos just a 15 minute walk away along main road with great restaurants along the way. I found the staff welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to help. Absolutely stunning hotel and very much made my holiday absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend Summerlands enough!

We stayed for 5 nights at summerland and it was exactly as expected for a £40 a night hotel. Breakfast is basic but does the job. Pool area is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Bar is nice to sit and watch over the pool. All very green and beautiful. Staff are all really friendly throughout the hotel. The rooms are basic as I say, the beds are okay but could do with an extra pillow. The shower is more of a wet room and water does go everywhere, however this isn’t much of an issue. The balcony is lovely and spacious to overlook the pool, a mini fridge is provided in the room. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days which is plenty. No glasses are provided however, and we were told we need to buy a drink to get some plastic cups. (you can get 40 from the shop for 2 euro. The air conditioning costs €7 a night and is a must even in September. We went one night without it and it was unbearably hot. There is great access to rhodes town, around a 5-10 min walk to the bus stop which is only €3 into the town and takes about 20 mins. Overall it was a lovely stay for a good price. You definitely get what you pay for. Ignore all the bad comments on here, if you want 5* luxury pay for it. As a budget holiday this is a great choice of hotel

We come to this hotel twice a year and from the get go the staff made us feel very welcome , they go out their way to help you with any query you might have. The pool is to die for quite big and clean with loads of sun beds around the pool. Rooms are good with a lovely view of the pool and the sunset are lovely, I would highly recommend a stay in this hotel and the beach is only 800mtrs away.

Although the accommodation is basic, it’s no less than I would expect from a budget hotel. Toni, Christiana and all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The service they provide is exceptional. The hotel is very clean, the pool is highly maintained, and the towels and bedding refreshed every 2 days. It’s just a short 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop into Rhodes town, a 20 minute or so ride away, whilst the closest beach is around 800 metres away, easily reached on foot with plenty of mini markets, souvenir shops and cafe bars all close at hand. From a short and cheap bus ride to Rhodes town where there an abundance of things to do and places to see, excursions to attractions both on the island and to nearby islands such as Symi, are easily obtainable by the many kiosks selling boat and coach trips with optional hotel pickup and drop off. Within walking distance from the hotel, there are restaurants plentiful as there are also in Rhodes town. Refreshingly the rooms at Summerland have no TV, but the hotel does boast free WiFi, and an excellent buffet breakfast to start the day and a fully stocked bar to end it. This was my first visit to Rhodes, and my experience of Summerland leads me with no hesitation in returning again.

Have had the best week at Summerland! Spotlessly clean apartment, comfy beds, great food and friendliest staff. Big shout out to Kristiana for making sure all our needs were met and lovely chats with my girls! And many thanks to Mary for my tour of their gardens and cocktails by the pool! We'll definitely be back!!
