Mitsis Petit Palais

Enjoyable stay in this hotel. We were upgraded to All Inclusive which we can have unlimited drinks and food. But the lunch and dinner buffet is a bit repetitive. Staff in the restaurant were nice but they seldom refill our drinks. Also, the swimming pool is so small, which barely can swim.

I had read the reviews and thought that a hotel and staff cannot be that good, but I must admit that it all lived up to what had previously been written. The staff from the cleaners to the manager were excellent. I have never seen a hotel manager make himself more visible and available than Dimitris, he was around all the time talking to guests and supporting his staff whenever he could, he is a credit to Mitsis. The food is very good and the restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming, a special mention to Zara, Esme, Julia, Antonio and Maria, thanks for your excellent service. Drinks on the all inclusive are available from 10.00 to midnight and a selection of cocktails are a nice alternative, the wine is also of a good quality. Special mention to Petros in the pool bar who always had a smile on his face and Dimmi the lifeguard, who made sure there were always clean towels available. Also Alex and Costas in the main bar who are extremely efficient in serving and keeping minimal queues, even when busy. The whole holiday was a lovely experience with friendly people all around. The hotel has a relaxed a**osphere and is very clean and tidy. Our room had a lovely view with cleaning carried out every day if you require it, some days you can just let the cleaner know if you do not require their services. Towels were changed everyday, which is very unusual in these times, and the toiletries in the bathroom were of a very good quality with, Shampoo, Conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. A lovely holiday made special by all the staff, we will be back.

We are currently staying at this Hotel, we cannot fault the staff who are excellent, and the food which is great! The location of the hotel is very good for both the town and the beach. Nice but small pool area, with a lovely pool bar with a friendly Barman, but many of the beds are reserved early even though this isn't supposed to happen, I've seen beds with towels on that are not used for hours, very unfair on people looking to sit there! Rooms are cleaned daily to a good standard. Our main problem with our stay has been inconsiderate guests who constantly slam doors, the Hotel need to address this by putting notices around the Hotel in different languages asking people to close their doors quietly, unfortunately it has been a major problem for us and as such we probably won't return which is sad as the Hotel is great!

This hotel is going to become one of my favourite hotels! We’re just back from seven nights all inclusive and I have to say this hotel ticked every box and more! The location is perfect for everything the area has to offer. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are attended to every day. The pool and pool bar are also spotless. The best part was the staff, always friendly and cheerful and could not do enough for us! Our regular waitress Stella was amazing and all the other waiters were super too! All the bar staff were friendly and cheerful. We loved the entertainment program and they had top quality artists to entertain us. We will definitely return.

We stayed here for a week all inclusive and can’t fault our time here in the slightest , every member of staff is friendly and accommodate your every need . The room (number 205) was very spacious with a huge balcony to sunbathe in private if the pool area was busy , our fridge was stocked daily with refreshments and water ,supermarkets are close by for snacks or gifts and the beach is just round the corner . The food changes every night which is of a high standard in comparison to some other all inclusive I’ve been to ,special mention the legendary pizza chef and Petros in the pool bar . Thanks for making our first time in Rhodes very special and hope to be back again in the future.

Excellent location for Rhodes Old Town. Every single member of staff were amazing. They were polite and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was good and fresh with plenty of choice. Well done all of you, you are true professionals xx
