Mitsis Petit Palais

Enjoyable stay in this hotel. We were upgraded to All Inclusive which we can have unlimited drinks and food. But the lunch and dinner buffet is a bit repetitive. Staff in the restaurant were nice but they seldom refill our drinks. Also, the swimming pool is so small, which barely can swim.

A most amazing ,friendly hotel.. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and this is far better thna most 5 stars. Imaculate rooms everywhere and all the staff from cleaners to receptionists are so so helpful. Beds are so comfy....... Nothing is too much trouble EVER, We will be staying hear again and so will my large family Mitsis congratulations on your service. I have never felt so special at any hotel and we are very well traveled. The staff are all so well trained nothing was to much trouble. They made you feel like family The pool area is small but everything else made up for that. We will definitely return

Good things first clean hotel with lovely friendly staff from room cleaning staff to reception and restaurant staff were great my sons shower wasn't working properly and was immediately dealt with and sorted Due to my health and being partially sighted blind found it very dangerous for me to get in and out of bath to have a shower spoke to reception if we could get room with walk in shower but apparently no room has walk in showers also found this hotel very inconvenient for people with disabilities as uneven floors could be a Hazzard The pool area is very small not much of a gym room we asked if our son could use the facilities at its sister hotel nearby and they said it was €90 for day pas The bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds but the rooms very dull and dated and as for the balcony never on any of our holidays have we seen such small balconys this is definitely not a 4* more 3*the entertainment was not great either sadly The food is very limited selection and apart from. The salt was tasteless most times we ended up having pizza but how much pizza can 1 eat We don't eat beef I don't eat fish so was very limited options Ursi and the young tall boy were brilliant lovely and chatty Unfortunately we really did not enjoy this holiday and will not return

We stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive in a sea view room. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space, a small but well equipped bathroom with lovely toiletries and a sunny balcony. Food was good quality and there was a good selection every day. Entertainment was provided every night but you needed to get there early due to limited seating. Pool area was a little on the small side but very pretty. Public areas and rooms are immaculate and the staff were all really polite and helpful especially the lovely cleaning ladies on floor 5 and the dining room managers. We will definitely return.

Let's start with the positive. The staff are so friendly here, Alex the head barman was funny and very interactive with guests.he is the hotels best assett. The 2 young girls with dark hair on reception are also lovely and I enjoyed witching them have a little dance behind the counter one night to some songs. Now the negatives. The shower in our room was in the middle of the wall with a screen to short to stop water going all over the floor. I've never seen s shower head placed here in any hotel I have ever stayed at. The hairdryer was I think partly broken as only had a very small nozzle on the end and 2 metal screws on top which heated up sp much when in use that I had to dry my hair holding a towel around the novel.i didn't complain and tried to use it as best as I could. On the hotel sites it mentions being refurbished where? The corridor to thr rooms are run-down and need painting. The food was OK, but could have been better. Breakfast was the same everyday and no variety. The baked beans were anemic and under cooked with a watery tasteless sauce and scrambled eggs too undercooked. Desserts are tasty and so was the soup but overall the rest of the food was not that nice and I am not a picky eater. Another person stood out for the wrong reasons, a young lad called Antonis who was oven seen trying to pick at his nose. How no one has noticed this habit I don't know. This hotel should be a 3 star really, it's sister hotel the grand is far superior and I would not stay here again. I was disappointed overall for this hotel.
