Good breakfast, but the smell in the complex is bad. It smells like sewage. There was a silverfish in the bathroom.

I recommend the hotel to others too! Staff very friendly, clean and tidy. The food needed a little peek, about which we gave feedback and the staff received it excellently and we even got dessert for free. The best breakfast I've ever had anywhere!

Lovely hotel for some rest and relaxation! Stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute. The staff, particularly Maria and the barman working at the smaller pool bar (whose name I have forgotten) were incredible. So attentive and welcoming. Really enjoyed the food at the Italian restaurant too. My only ****** was the lack of service at breakfast compared to when I previously stayed here off season. No one took my drinks order unlike previously, so I kept having to find someone myself to order. Given how busy the property is during peak season, it might be worth having a self service option for juices etc. Additionally, a huge problem with people reserving sunbeds despite there being several notices all over the property and in the rooms to not do this. I used the pool at Casa Cook instead (which I loved) due to this. Additionally, the lighting in the deluxe suites isn't that good. Overall, I cannot recommend enough but if I was to return, it would be during off season.

Previously stayed here off season and had a completely different experience, so quite disappointed to be writing this review. Stayed at Cooks Club as Casa Cook was at full occupancy. The deluxe suite is spacious and airy, but the lighting is very poor. During my previous stay, the breakfast staff were attentive and swift. This time (peak season) it was very difficult to get their attention. No one offered coffee or came to take our drinks order compared to our previous stay. Perhaps there should be a DIY drinks system in the buffet area like with the food. The staff weren’t that friendly either. Getting a bed at the pool past 9:30/10am was impossible, most likely because people had started putting towels on beds to “reserve” from 8am+! This is despite an information card in the room saying don’t reserve sun-beds.

Last year we had a suite and this time we got a small room. We booked the same room. The lady at reception, who speaks German, wanted to give us a different room that was even worse and only wanted to give us the upgrade for €30/day. There was also no nice reception because of the honeymoon. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied and regret that we booked our honeymoon here

We were there for our 25th wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday Christina has been such a blessing for us Upgraded our room & organised a surprise cake on my husband’s birthday All the staff were so friendly and helpful Food was delicious, pizzas were just as good as in Italy! LOVE the boho style decor of the place, everywhere was tastefully decorated, pool was spacious and well designed Some days even have DJ playing awesome music for guests to chill. Bus stop & supermarket just outside of the resort, which was very handy too We stayed wonderful 10 nights, and had a blast of time We will definitely go back again and recommend anyone to visit!

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Sauber und erholsam. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal in allen Bereichen! Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert. Ein grosses Lob an Maria und Dimitri. Das Essen im Asia Restaurant TOP! Wir kommen wieder!

What an incredible and unforgettable experience at cooks club kolombiya. The service left nothing to be desired. Our personal highlight was the fantastic breakfast buffet and the great atmospheric dinner - what Stephanos, Marius and the whole team put together is incredible. We felt at home and will definitely be back if you are looking for a nice break on a Greek island and also want incredible service, this is the place for you
