Mitsis Faliraki

I don't write reviews often but we loved this hotel and it's staff so much I wanted to take the time. It started off a bit rough as we had booked pool side rooms with layouts that didn't work for my family (travelling with our 3 sons ages 15 to 20 - with my oldest son having Down Syndrome) . I don't recommend the pool side rooms unless you like being away from all the action and really want privacy. They are advertised as sleeping 3 people but they really only work for 2 adults and perhaps a small child - not 3 full size humans. As well, the old school locks on their sliding doors were impossible for my son with DS to use (and super tricky for me too). Thankfully, the front desk staff managed to move us on our 2nd day to rooms right beside each other in building 2 that were close to the elevator and were so much better for us. My son is Gluten Free and I can't tell you how impressed we were with all the staff at the restaurants who made sure he had the best gluten free food he has ever had on holiday (burgers, pizza, pasta, pastries - all gluten free). We had a small issue one night at the Asian and they went so far out of their way to accommodate our son. Just so impressed with how friendly and caring all of the staff were to us. Finally, a shout out to the amazing conciergeries who made sure we had dinner reservations that worked for our family. Our family has travelled a lot but this is our first time at a Mitsis. All of us agreed that is was by far the best food we have had at an all inclusive. There are always small issues or hiccups when you travel but what matters is how they are handled and this hotel really went above and beyond. We will definitely be back! ps. Lots of loungers! First time on a sun holiday where I haven't had to wake up super early and it was so nice!!!

giannis was brilliant at the outside bar, really friendly and got you whatever you wanted. Also william was really good helped us with what we needed and adrianna was also great. all in all really good experience and helped us with what we needed.

One of the nicest hotels ive stayed in. Have been twice now and would go back again. Lovely hotel with an amazing location that cant be beaten! Right on the beach and right at the start of Faliraki *****. Hotel is very clean and the staff are amazing! Always happy to help and fun and friendly! Only down fall was maybe 2 staff had a bad experience with- slightly rude and not as happy to help. But the rest of the staff outweigh the negative experience with those 2! I like that there is the pool area but also a grass area which is handy if with kids as they can run around free!

This hotel are the best with lovely staff everywhere. The room are very light and nice beds. The restaurants are super. The sunbeds are lovely both with the pool and the beach. There are a lot of places to sit and relax on. I have been here many times and I will be back soon.

I recently stayed at the Mitsis Faliraki and had a wonderful experience. The pools are very well-maintained, although the water is a bit cold, which is understandable as it's the end of May. The beach was a slight disappointment due to the dark sand and the water not having that beautiful blue color, but it's worth visiting the nearby Tsambika beach instead. The food in the restaurant is good, though the selection is somewhat limited. However, you can't say a bad word about the hotel staff. The cleaning ladies are always smiling and helpful, and the restaurant staff is extremely friendly. Special mention goes to Adrianna and Giannis at the Pool Bar. They prepare coffee and drinks with heart, passion, and always with a smile. This is our seventh visit to Greece, and I can say that this hotel is really nice.

Lovely hotel, rooms are clean and mini fridge is restocked daily. Food is good, even from the main buffet restaurant. Good drinks and all staff are good, and friendly. Pool bar staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming, great service always!
