We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The room was lovely. The cleaner do an amazing job. Mini bar stocked well, the staff are lovely, the food is excellent in the restaurants, buffet was average. Cocktails were good not too strong but just right. The water slides at the pool was a huge hit. The beach location was fabulous. If I had to pick negatives it would be 2 older ladies who served in the buffet was a little rude. The coffee wasn't hot enough and there needed to be snacks through out the day like sandwiches, hot dogs, pizza and so on, the cakes was nice but sometimes you just want a lite bite. Overall tho I would go again and would recommend this hotel.

The staff in this hotel are 5 star. Sadly our teenage boys ate chicken burgers half way through the holiday resulting in gastroenteritis we have no idea if it was the chicken or we just got unlucky and a stay in hospital on drips so half the holiday was ruined and it wasn’t cheap .dropped a star for the gym being outside impossible to train in 40c heat. The hotel and staff are wonderful do not let our experience put you off.

We spent a very nice holiday in Faliraki Beach! The staff was awesome with professionalism and kindness. They even arrange a perfect last minute transfer with baby seats for us. Everything is very clean, the food delicious, also the cocktails. I recommand!

Unser Urlaub im Hotel Mitsis Faliraki war einfach fantastisch! Von Anfang bis Ende wurden wir von einem ausgezeichneten Service verwöhnt und haben jeden Moment genossen. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und komfortabel, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Personal. Anna und George im Fitnessbereich sowie George, Sophia, Ervin und Maria an der Bar haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Ihre Freundlichkeit und ihr Lächeln haben uns jeden Tag willkommen geheißen. Das Essen war ein wahres Highlight! Die verschiedenen Themenrestaurants boten eine Vielzahl köstlicher Speisen in erstklassiger Qualität. Jede Mahlzeit war ein Genuss für die Sinne, und wir waren begeistert von der Vielfalt und Frische der Gerichte. Insgesamt war es eine wunderschöne Zeit, die wir im Mitsis verbracht haben, und wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, bald wiederzukommen.

Had to write a review now, even tho we just arrived a few days ago. We are happy with our stay, at least the most of it. When we arrived we were told that they had given us the best room with the best view, and the view was beautiful, but there was a strong smell of drains/sewage coming from the bathroom. It got worse and worse during the day , they said we could not get a roomchange before the second night because it was fully booked, which we understand, but sleeping in that smell was awfull! We got another room in the end, but now we have the view of the parking area, and it's noicy, we also think the guy in the reception was a bit rude when we asked if there was a room with a better view. It should not smell like sewage in a 5 star hotel, and we don't feel like we have been compensated for having to live with that horrific smell. The staff in the restaurants and bars are the only thing that makes us wanna stay a**. They are great!

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, guests are treated with friendly and polite manner. Children are warmly welcomed. You can find spa, gym, pools, bars, restaurants. All-inclusive here really means all-inclusive, you can taste all kinds of tasty dishes. Guests are even given gifts by the hotel which makes you feel even more appreciated.

Holiday didn’t start well,free transport to hotel was messed up,ended up paying for taxi,took hotel one week to pay refund.During this time Luisa was very helpful .After my problem with illness during our visit in October,I had some concerns,but these turned out to be unfounded.The food and service in all the A La Carte restaurants was excellent as were the staff,however as last year the brunch didn’t impress me.Service at the main bar was great as were the waiters.On a final note,I would like to thank Michaelis at the beach bar who I have known for many years.Finally I hope my points get updated soon.

Had a one week stay with my wife and friends. This was our fourth visit. I honestly can't fault this hotel, it is incredibly clean and the staff are absolutely amazing, they make our stay so relaxing. In particular Michalis and Nikos at the beach bar, these guys are a credit to the hotel. Also a big thank you to Nevila (not sure of correct spelling) in the main restaurant. She was so welcoming and always greeted us with a smile and a hug. See you next year!
