Mitsis la Vita

We originally only booked a weeks holiday but stayed on for an additional four days because we loved this hotel and especially the staff so much. Christina the manager could not be more helpful she is the perfect professional. Despoina on reception is a lovely lady and is very attentive in everything she attends to. The bar girls Georgina and Alexia are wonderful staff and take great care in serving your drinks as perfectly as possible. The rooms were spotless and the cleaner was lovely. Perhaps the rooms need updating a little but are adequately acceptable. We loved the location as there is plenty to do and see. We will be returning soon. Fantastic rest. Just what we needed.

A very well run hotel. Each member of staff made a real effort to be welcoming, friendly and anxious to make our stay more enjoyable. Full marks to Christina and her team on front desk and to Elvira who cleaned our room and taught us Greek phrases! Thank you to all!

Was not impressed on the whole with the hotel, the staff were really friendly and always happy to help, but the hotel and breakfast let them down. The pool is really small and the sun is not on the pool area till around d 12/1pm. I can only recommend the staff and the cleaning lady here and how helpful they were. The hotel is slightly tired and needs rooms looking at 🤷‍♀️

Our vacation in this hotel was perfect! This hotel is by the sea and the view from our room was spectacular! The view of sunset every evening we stayed was one the best I've ever seen! The room was very nice and clean! The breakfast had a big variety of delicacies! The stuff is very kind and helpful! Not forget to mention that the location is near many interesting places! I definitely recommend this place!!!

Our third stay at the La Vita Beach Hotel.We love the the wonderful staff they have.The breakfast chef lady Ztamatia takes care of us like a mother also her assistant Rina and all the rest of the wonderful staff at the hotel give us such wonderful hospitality.The hotel is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable we highly recommend this hotel conviently situated within walking distance to the old and new town of Rhodes.

Whoever says that this hotel is great is lying. The only good thing is about the location. I had a twin room booked with single use and side see view. When I checked in I’ve got a room with the park car view, the view was blocked so did not get what I booked. Also i did send a message that I am claustrophobic which was ignored. I went to reception and I asked them to change, they said they are fully booked and I can move next day. So my question why would I stay in the room which I did not book? If they are fully and oversold the type is not my problem. The manager had such a rude attitude as did not want to help plus put herself in the pickle saying oh they can’t give my room to someone else for 2 people. Again why? She said this is the room i booked twin with single use the only thing is the view. So why are you making up things? So in the end I told them that I want my room first thing in the morning and expecting a compensation. As soon as I reached my room suddenly they could move me. Now the room where I am staying smells horrible because of their plumbing or whatever. I found black hair in the bathroom in multiple places. The dinner is served in their sister hotel, need to go to cross the road you just walk in. They do not even check if you are booked in or not. Very weird. Same as breakfast just go in, very average and tasteless food for a 4 star hotel. I would not recommend to stay here at all

Great location just across from the beach and walking distances to the harbours and old town. Room was well equipped with comfy beds and complementary quality toiletries, very small balcony. We were half board, breakfast with good choice and eggs/pancakes/omelettes made on request with a smile. Evening meal was buffet at sister hotel across the road with great selection also. Pool was small but found out on our last day that we could also use facilities at other Mitsis hotels in the resort with larger pool - next time!

Lovely hotel - excellent staff. Mitsis group did great job! Will be back again this season. Rooms very good taken care, treated warmly during our whole stay from all staff!! Beautiful view to the sea expecting to return later on this season. Great tip excursions given so we meet Rhodes better.
