Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

A really beautiful hotel, delicious food, a lot of choice, stylishly decorated rooms, very nice and helpful staff, amazing swimming pools, we will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Rhodes again

We loved Christina’s food, great chef. Roula and Michaela gave us a great service. Thank you very much 🙏. The salmon pasta. Was ordinary. We will be happy to come back soon. Very nice a**osphere at the restaurant a specially because Roula and Michaela.

We tried the spa of Alila hotel with my girlfriend and some friends. The experience was amazing ! The manager Olga suggested the best type of massage equivalent to our needs. The masseur was experienced very friendly and they used some hot stones that relaxed my muscles. I really suggest it so everybody visits Rhodes. Thank you Alila hotel hotel for the amazing experience.

The spa is incredible. The girls are very kind and the manager Olga is such professional. Italian restaurant also is so delicious, specially mushroom rissoto with truffle. We had a very good time and this hotel is our first choice for Rhodes island.

Lovely spa thank you so much Helen for the trea**ent especially on my birthday! The rest of the hotel is beautiful and the food is wonderful. Great views, pool and customer service all around. Rhodes is absolutely beautiful especially the Mitsis I would recommend this hotel.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub . Traumhaftes Hotel , das alles bietet , was das Herz begehrt . Besonders positiv erwähnen möchte ich George , der meist beim Brunch und in der Pita Corner tätig war . Ein hervorragender Kellner , der sich durch absolute Freundlichkeit und hohes Serviceverhalten auszeichnet. Ebenfalls aufgefallen ist mir Kyla aus dem Aktivitätsteam. Sie spielte mit mir Boule und hat ebenfalls ein sehr freundliches Auftreten. Ich habe das Boul Spielen mit ihr sehr genossen. Danke möchte ich auch dem stets netten älteren Herren sagen , der sich so liebevoll um unsere Koffer gekümmert hat ( leider ist mir der Name nicht mehr bekannt ) . Besonders genossen haben wir die Köstlichkeiten aus der Creperie . Ein großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter dort , die uns täglich so freundlich empfangen haben und extrem leckere Waffeln und Crepe zubereitet haben . Das Essen in den Themenrestaurants stellte ebenfalls ein kulinarisches Highlight des Urlaubs da . Leider sind zu wenig Kapazitäten für die Abzahl der Gäste vorhanden, sodass die Restaurants schnell ausgebucht sind . Im Mainrestaurant entsteht leider aufgrund der Größe und Lautstärke keine A**osphäre- hier leider ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Wir haben in diesem Urlaub wundervolle Menschen aus aller Welt kennengelernt, Engländer , Israelis, Griechen und Holländer - einfach ein wunderbarer Ort für internationale Bekanntschaften - wir konnten so viele Eindrücke und Erinnerungen mitnehmen treu nach dem Motte des Hotels- create your own Story- wir kommen wieder
