Eden Roc Resort - All Inclusive

Stayed in a garden bungalow, very close to the beach and the facilities there. Room a bit dated but nice, bed was hard and a bot worn out though. Breakfast at the beach was the best, in the main it got really loud, and the same at lunch. Arrived late at night, but tried right away book a la' carte-restaurants for dinner, but was only able to book 2 of them, even though I started trying directly upon arrival. The dinner we did get at the Arun was amazing though! Minibar in room was 2 cans of beer and a few softdrinks, and is not restocked, and that is not 5-star according to me. Drinks are good, sometimes a bit of que but not very disturbing. The real stars are the staff! Especially Elena and Alexandros in the beach bar, and also the friendly man who runs the beach breakfast (do not recall his name unfortunately)! They are true servicestars, and deserve a raise, they made or holiday! No problem getting sunbeds at the beach, but in september it starts to slow down. All in all pretty good, but more 4 stars than 5.

Would definitely recommend the hotel to a couple, family or a group can cater of all. Fantastic hotel. Food was amazing. The nightlife what very good. Staff very pleasant. Very clean. Beach unbelievable. Room service by Gaurav was 5 star, great manner *****.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful area. Would recommend to anyone. A lot of bars, restaurants. The food is in a league of its own, perfect. Cleanliness of the hotel is spot on. The staff are friendly , room cleaning comes around every day. Good entertainment in evening and day. Lovely beach with good snorkelling. Rather easy to grab a sun-bed with umbrella as there is plenty of them. Same goes for the main pool. Overall 10/10 experience with Eden roc. We would love to stay again someday. If you love your food. You will not be dissapointed…

Perfect place for an "all inclusive" visit. Great hotel, pools etc. Food excellent in the different restaurants. Very friendly and nice staff . For example Maria in the reception just to mention one of them. Very good housekeeping as well. Only negative is the very slow Wi-Fi.

The hotel was perfect the staff were so friendly and professional nothing was too much trouble, the hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious with so much choice even for vegetarian and celiac. It was a perfect family holiday with a mixture of age ranges from 15 to 84 a group of 10.

o me and my partner stayed for 2 weeks, we arrived late on Tuesday and went to reception to check in, they had posecco on arrival which was a nice touch, the hotel was clean and the atmosphere was great. We were then escorted to our a room and to be honest the room wasn’t a room I had seen in the pictures, it was very small, bathroom was quite cramped and our balcony didn’t give the best view, I expressed my feelings towards the room and was told I needed to speak to Sophia, I just would like give a huge thank you to Sophia, she was so lovely about giving us a better and bigger room! She escorted us to the new room also to make sure we were happy with it, which we were so again thank you to Sophia! I want to say a huge thank you also to the reception staff they are so helpful and accommodating! Another few mentions to other staff around the hotel, George in the wine bar is always so pleasant and friendly! Emmanouela who is I think a manager at the beach bar restaurants is definitely a credit to the resort, she was really the only staff memeber I came across who was so lively and full of fun! She had a great vibe and wanted to ensure we had a great time whilst we were in her company. A few negatives unfortunately, the service at the buffet was lacking for us, as we stayed for a 2 weeks there was times we went for food and it was super busy which is understandable, but at times quiet and I still felt we were over looked in terms of service, our table was never cleared even though we sat beside the area were staff would be at times we even had seen a certain member of staff look at the empty plates as we got up to get more food and would stand on his phone, there was a few staff that we did notice were actually working but just seemed to overlook me and my partner wether that be serving drinks and clearing the table. They definitely need more staff on for the buffet to ensure everyone is getting served. The patisserie bar was also lacking friendly, approachable staff the lady who serves drinks never smiled and if anything makes you feel like you’re a hassle to serve, so I ended up avoiding that bar if I’m honest. Another negative for me was housekeeping, our room was never cleaned for us unfortunately, me and my partner would be out of the room from 7am to 5pm we would come back and our room was still not cleaned, beds not changed etc, it wouldn’t be until around 6pm the housekeeping would knock and by that time I’m getting ready for dinner, so I’m unsure as to why this would be left so late. Also the gym area could defiantly do with a freshen up and clean, I went a few times and the equipment was dirty and made my clothes marked, the hotel could do so much more with the area as there is a huge outside area that could be expanded or have some equipment there, maybe even a rooftop pool. Food&Drinks Drinks were okay, it really depended on the staff member who was making cocktails whether they were drinkable, but cocktails at the cocktail b

Lovely place, food and staff was great! Olympic pool was refreshing and the sea and the view was amazing. Going to come back again for sure! We stayed for one week in a normal room with a sea view. All the drinks were great and you hardly had to queue for longer than a minute. There were so different options to choose from what you wanted to eat or drink, 5/5.

Just returned from long awaited family holiday 6 adults 3 children. Amazing time hotel, pools everything beautiful any small issues were quickly sorted. Our rooms were beautiful the children had a wonderful time and all staff were so kind to them. Nothing was too much trouble. Restaurants all excellent good food and wine one of favourites Arun thank you Daniella for looking after everyone. Nico excellent ! Thanks to all the staff ( wonderful omelettes ) cooks ,cleaners,waiting staff everyone who made out trip so special. To Rena and all front of house team you really excelled in catering to all our requests you are amazing. I have stayed in Eden Roc 4 times previously but it was the first big family trip and I have never come away disappointed just sad to say goodbye to my Eden Roc family you are all 5***** to me. We stayed at Eden Roc for a week at the start of September and absolutely loved every minute. We had a sea view room which was beautiful. Rooms are cleaned everyday. The food is amazing. Plenty options at buffet where they also cook stuff fresh for you. We ate at the grill, Italian, teppanyaki, Meze (greek) which were all delicious. Quick service and brilliant food. We particularly enjoyed the teppanyaki where the service and food was amazing. There are lots of cocktails and premium drinks to choose from, as well as snacks throughout the day at the patisserie or Italian. The entertainment is great. We usually like to go out however we didnt need to as the entertainment was so good! They also have entertainment throughout the day at the beach. It is only an 8/10 min taxi into rhodes old town (11-15 euro). The hotel is beautiful decorated, the restaurants are all gorgeous especially those on the beach. We spent most of our time at the pool where you can look out onto the sea as you sunbathe. The pool is cleaned everyday and the whole area jetwashed. A special thanks to Jane (Jenny) and George who made our stay extra special. Jane works so hard and provides an amazing service as well as George serving amazing wine and cocktails on the wine bar. We are not usually one to return to hotels but as we like trying new areas however we loved it that much we plan on returning next year! Thanks for an amazing stay.
