The room perfectly renovated with a perfect view but the temperature with the air conditioning on maximum was between 27 & 29 degrees The mini bar had no cooling at all When I complained they told me it is not a fridge ironically at the reception and after a technician found it it was not fixed until we left The room had a coffee maker as a provision in the price but we were charged at the end for the coffee in a 5 star hotel with an expensive price per night The elevator had no air conditioning and was a gas chamber up to the 17th floor where we were staying The hotel super market charged me an extra 10 minutes the pack of cigarettes I bought because he doesn't give by card as he told me and showed me a handwritten note Generally 70-80s mentality which in no way justifies his charge

Luca was absolutely amazing. He works in the animation centre and is a team leader he really throws himself into his job and brings such a good a**osphere and a smile to every person. You could easily have a chat with him and have a laugh, i can’t wait to come back next year and see him again:)

Second time back at this hotel. The staff are lovely & will always try to make your stay enjoyable. The concierge staff were again lovely and always helpful. Petro & Costa made lovely drinks and always friendly. I forget the name of the man on the pool bar but hes also very lovely and welcoming every time I went to get a drink or in passing. I come back to rodos & ixia in particular a lot alone as always enjoy, feel safe & welcome, like I belong. Yes there are a few things the hotel could do better but the staff are what brought me back to this hotel and why I give it a high rating. Efcharisto to all staff x I would also recommend going ultra inclusive as the name branded drinks are a lot nicer and you can also then eat in the other restaurant etc.

The staff are very rude. They try and get you to pay for everything even though we went all inclusive. There was 3 fights that we witnessed all with police arriving to the hotel. The food is the same everyday and I mean everyday. The hotel is more of a 2/3*. The entertainment is very boring nothing new and is always the same, wouldn’t recommend. Will not be returning.

Great location! The hotel was lovely with great facilities. Our room comfortable and clean. Cleaners were in every day and there was a lot to offer; spa, kids club of which Gianna is amazing! Evening entertainment. However, some people have said this isn’t a 5 star hotel, this is a 5 star hotel in Greece not a 5 star hotel in the UK. I liked the hotel and the staff were helpful But there are some negatives as they do not do all inclusive very well, I think they are new to all inclusive as there are a lot of restrictions. The only drinks included in all inclusive were coffee, water, soft drinks, watered down wine, ouzo and beer. The coffee was not topped up in our room and we were told to get room service who then said the coffee was at reception. So we just bought some from the supermarket. You can buy other drinks at the pool side bar or a lounge bar (not included in the all inclusive package). The snack bar isn’t a snack bar but the same as lunch or dinner, so if you miss lunch you have the same choice at the other small restaurant. My husband enjoyed the food, I found the fruit very limited to apples, oranges, hard pears and at lunch melon. The last 2 days the hotel was insanely busy at breakfast and evening. They put us very far from the servery when we had a 4 year old with us, so she had to dodge the waiters and people just not looking where they were going. That’s not a completely fair comment as on 50% of the occasions the concierge sat us close the servery. To summaries; not great at all inclusive, but still a lovely hotel with lots of facilities and lovely friendly staff.

Хороший очень большой отель, великолепное лобби, неплохой сервис. Огромный ресторан. Еда очень разнообразная, но не супер вкусная. Комнаты просторные, после ремонта. ОЧЕНЬ НЕ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ ПРОЗРАЧНЫЕ ТУАЛЕТ И ДУШ!!!!! Розетки у кровати, фен, тапки, сейф. Удобный матрац. Есть кофемашина, но капсулы и чай не пополняют совсем. Душ сложный, понадобилась помощь с кнопочками. Всего 3 лифта и их очень долго ждать. Бассейны отличные. Рядом море. Неплохие развлечения в отеле, йога, танцы, концерт.

Nous avons choisis cet endroit pour passer une semaine de vacances en famille, 17 personnes. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été surpris d'apprendre que nous devions payer une taxe de séjour de 70€ par chambre, ce qui est énorme comme montant ! Nos logements étaient de qualité moyenne, des fils pendaient, mobilier usé, pour ceux qui doivent dormir sur les sofa, mal de dos assuré. Heureusement, nous avions une piscine extérieure à chaque logement (mais non chauffée, c'est un peu juste en mai !). Concernant l'espace piscine près du dôme, la piscine est sympathique, mais lant rrasse bois est usée et il manquait des coussins pour les transats. Ne parlons pas du jacuzzi, l'eau est à 40°C, c'est insupportable très rapidement. Personnel moyennement aimable, et repas du self service très redondant. Toutefois, nous avons réussis à quand même passer un bon séjour, le personnel oclub (Jordan, Maeva et Capucine) ont su être de bons conseils. Ils forment une bonne équipe avec Luca . À eux 4, ils ont réussis à nous faire passer de bons moments toujours avec le sourire, une extrême gentillesse et avec un sacré dynamisme ! Au plaisir de les retrouver !

Très déçu du manque de respect du directeur de l'hôtel envers ses clients dont je fait partie !!! Explication : Ont a choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine couverte très pratique en mai quand les températures de l'eau sont un peu fraîche... sauf que par soucis de profit financier et jouant sur les deux tableaux la direction de l hôtel à louée et privatisée à une entreprise pour une soirée le dôme de la piscine !!! Donc installation du matériel plus soirée, et démontage, deux jours et demi avec un accès à la piscine couverte interdite !!! Pour un séjour de 7 jours c est très décevant... Cet hôtel et ses employés ne méritent pas un tel comportement prejudiciable pour sa réputation de la part de son directeur....
