Perfecte ontvangst door de receptie en Lina. Kamers gerenoveerd en in orde. Ontbijt: veel keuze en afwisseling. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Ontbijt en snacks buiten aan het zwembad en binnen mogelijk. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goed gelegen kort bij de zee, de oude en de stad.

This hotel is absolutely amazing!! Everybody who works here is so friendly en helpful, always with a smile and a friendly word. The rooms are clean and the beds are good. The breakfast? I have never seen a hotel with so much variety… I’m used to hotels in Italy and this is from a completely other level! The hotel is a 10minute walk from the mandraki harbour and Eli beach.. I will definitely coming back here!

We appreciated mostly everything at Esperia City Hotel. Specially the atmosphere of the hotel : the way we are welcomed. All the staff is very friendly, caring... The bedrooms are nice and tidy. Breakfest is excellent. Music in the restaurant could be not so loud to fit with the general atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend the hotel.

This is our first trip to Rhodes, and I will diffently be back, this hotel was very nice, but what brings it to exceptional is the staff, no one takes a day off and is 100% customer service, from the front desk which is 24 hours to the breakfast hostess which I Love, she is a pleasure, to all the ladies that work so hard to keep the guest happy with a full breakfast buffet and there friendly personalities. Our room is kept clean on a daily basis with the friendly staff, and managers are always present with a kind word or conversation. Thank you so much to everyone. Room 602 John and Diana Hopewell

Perfect hotel in the heart of new town. Great value for money with an excellent selection for breakfast. Staff are very welcoming from reception, maids and bar staff. The hotel is very clean.For the safe it’s an additional fee. Pool is small. TV has no English channels. Rooms don’t have iron or kettle - would be ideal if they did but we brought our own as we planned ahead. Other than towels on each side of the balcony there is no where to hang anything to dry - again we brought a washing line as we planned ahead. States adults only however saw a few children unsure if it’s certain days/months it’s adults only. We paid €20 to keep our room for an additional 7/8 hours as we had a late flight. Hotel is within walking distance of lots of bars, shops and restaurants. We would come back!

A hotel in the center of the New Town, 5-10 minutes from the Old Town gates, bus station and the Old Harbor. Beaches are even closer. I loved the friendliness of the staff, everyone was welcoming and always stopped for a quick chat. The hotel offers great breakfast, has a nice pool area and nice rooms.

Super city centre hotel with a perfect location. Exceptionally clean with very friendly staff. Choice of car hire within metres. Wide choice of breakfast. Would use again. Surrounded by restaurants bars and shops. The harbour, the museums of the old town and the old Acropolis are in walking distance. Hired a car for 3 days and visited everywhere on the island. The acropolis and temples are rarely mentioned but are worth a visit.
