Mitsis Rodos Maris

Very clean and well established stay! Poolside wasn't too big, but there were a couple. The beach was nice also.

Lovely manager and staff that want to give you your best holiday ever. A big offer of very good food served in several theme restaurants (main restaurant, Greek, Burger, Asian and Mexican restaurant). A big offer of cocktails and other drinks in several bars.

We stayed at late May. The hotel is certainly outdated in many aspects but it is certainly a good value for money option. Everybody was happy to help us and always said kalimera with a big smile. John was very helpful and understanding regardless of the nature of our problem or what time it was.

We've spent great time here. + Bungalows are very comfortable for families + good food + very close to the beach ++ Tatiana from the kids club, who speaks polish, has great approach to children and makes the time spent here for polish speaking children much easier and better - the kindergarden could be upgraded with some other toys

The staff was friendly, the main restaurant staff was efficient despite the huge volume of people. The check in process was seemless and the food in the a la cart restaurants was yummy! 😋 John was very helpful with the reservations. Thank you Rodos Maris!

We had the BEST week at Mitsis Rodos Maris. We wished we had a longer stay and are looking at returning very soon. I had read views on here beforehand so didn't expect it to be as GOOD as it really was. The thing that makes this hotel special is the BEACH the water is SO clear and beautiful. You feel so relaxed and at peace having the sea/sand/ sunbeds/umbrellas to relax on. The fish in the water were a massive hit with the kids, they were in the sea for ages watching the fish swim beneath and around them. People say to bring sea shoes but honestly we didnt need them, the pebbles do not hurt your feet like in the uk. The beach bar is a lovely addition where you can get all the drinks you might fancy, (staff lovely and friendly) on the beach on a hot day from any soft drink to fantastic tasting cocktails. Even serving toasties and hotdogs. Then the beach pizza oven, this was such a hit with the kids late afternoon when you fancied a snack, again the staff here were really friendly. The pools are lovely- bring googles as it can feel a bit salty and just wash off afterwards at the showers next to the pool. The children loved the slide and spent hours whizzing down the slides there. The pool bar was lovely, well stocked, staff really friendly and again offering hotdogs and toasties. Massives of beach and pool towels on offer from 10am-all easily available. The food hall had lots of variety on offer for breakfast/lunch and dinner. The kids always found things they liked and we were in our element with all the salads, meats, show cooking and the delicious little puds. The Al Cartes are a welcome addition and breaks your week up by booking these to eat at these restaurants during the week. (Download the Mitsis app before arrival and pre book your places) All food places have a gorgeous view of the sea. We loved sitting outside at the main food Hall especially when having our morning coffee and breakfast it just felt so lovely with the warm sun and the views of the sea. We felt so calm and relaxed from day 1. The staff in the main food hall were friendly, and so efficient, serving you drinks to the table too. The best bars were the Lobby and The Geleteria bar-where Despina and her colleague made THE best Exoresso martinis and she was always so happy to have a chat! (Hidden gem of a bar as there was never a que when we went in before dinner) The Lobby bar tends to have more ques as a lot larger, but the Geleteria bar has outside seating too. I loved the Rose wine they served at the restaurants qnd had this every evening with dinner. Bit you have the options of soft drinks and beer too. John from guest relations was so accomodating, he arranged for a cake to be in our room for my sons birthday, welcoming and he hosted a wine tasting night which went down well with the adults. He is a real gem of a staff member. The room was a fair size for 4 of us. The complementary toiletries were lovely and we used these for the whole of our stay. The air

I truly recommend this hotel to anyone that likes all inclusive resorts and a relaxed vibe:) Beach: Lovely beach with clear water, not sandy but small stones which was actually very pleasant for us. Great cocktails and pizza by the beach. Food: The food and drinks quality was the best we had in a all inclusive resort so far! Great food in the main buffet restaurant, tasty and good variety. A la carte restaurants were all amazing and outstanding quality of food. Definitely worth booking, we went to all of them end enjoyed each and single one of them. My only feedback (which I suggested to the Chef in person while there) was to put the allergen icons against each dish in the main buffet restaurant. This would help people with allergies to identify what is safe to eat. Of course this relates to the main ingredients and not traces which can be dangerous for people with life threatening allergies. Drinks: Amazing quality of cocktails all made with branded alcohol which makes a huge difference. Shout out to Despina who had a great fun attitude and made cocktails specially to order:) Wine offered at dinner and a la carte restaurants was also very good quality. Staff: Everyone was very welcoming and polite. We found the staff to be very helpful as our kids have multiple allergies and both Head Chef in the main and a la carte restaurants always catered for them. Special thank you to Irene who is very professional and arranged vegan options for my children. The Head Chef in the main restaurant even made a vegan and nut free birthday cake as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. It was absolutely yummy! Kids Club: My kids loved it and went everyday. The sessions are from 9:30 till 12 and then again from 1:30 till 4:30. Mini disco at 8:30 in the evenings. Special thank you to Tatiana who is lovely and the kids adore her:) She speaks fluent English, Polish, Russian and Greek and makes kids and parents feel very at ease:) Pools: Great pools with lots of space and 2 kids slides in the kids section. There is a small playground by the pool as well. Recommendation: To advertise more about the evening entertainment and themed dinners in the buffet restaurant so guests can know what to expect in the evenings.
