Hi , there seems to be a lot of comments regarding the shower curtain sticking to you when showering , i know its very hot but for the amount of time spent in the shower , i closed the window in the toilet after that I had no problems with the curtain for the remainder of my holiday ,{ just a tip}

I've previously been a manager for TUI, so I am going to provide constructive feedback. I stayed for 10 nights in September, and I have booked to return at the end of this year. The hotel was very clean and in a central location. Local buses to rhodes, lindos, and other areas available. My room was nice enough, and yes, it was an annoying shower curtain but other than that it was fine. The negative for me was the food. I am happy to eat basic, fresh food and go out for a couple of meals and have salad for lunch. But i would say the evening meal was the most disappointing variety, heat and freshness were lacking most days. I would invest in some decent heat lamps and a microwave. The bar is only outdoors, but drink is varied and available. The staff in general were friendly apart from Billys son who is on reception. He was actually rude to me on a couple of occasions. I have booked to return and I booked this within the first couple of days of my holiday....maybe a little hasty but I really hope the food improves somewhat before the end of the year. There are other places to eat in Afandu which are nice which is what we did when we stopped. Overall, we enjoyed the holiday. It's a clean local hotel but some improvements could be made.

Well 3stars no way at all.. it’s 2 star. Rooms basic but ok. Pool & Bar lovely. But what lets it Down is the Food it’s really bad and a few of the staff are rude. Only 25 of us in the place. No entertainment.. but Billy the Grandpa was lovely friendly.. please change your food.

We stayed in September with Jet 2, got to the hotel 01:00 in the morning to be greeted by what we thought by the night porter but later found out he was a waiter in the restaurant, tried to check in but he held his hand up and had a conversation with the bus driver, when he finished he told us he had prepared us some sandwiches that he produced from under the counter (hot sweaty cheese and stale bread) and told us he had put water in the fridge and then said follow me a off we went, no offer to help with the cases ( we are both seniors) up the stairs, no lift and we were on the third floor, he took us the room and then proceeded to lecture us as to what we could and couldn't do with the air con and stood there wit his hand out for a tip, that didn't happen and he left with a torrent of abuse. Next morning breakfast was good,the best meal of the day we found out, the snacks in the pool bar was what pastries that were left from breakfast, evening meals were so repetitive, chicken,chips, spaghetti Bolognese (every night) and the lunch menu the same, the guy that checked as in upset so many people but they still let him carry on, all inclusive finished at 10:30 never know that before, apparently it's 800 mtrs to the beach, only if you can fly over a golf course and a dual carriageway, it's a taxi or get on the train, we had to eat out most days as the food was just appalling, the discriptiion of the place was from many years ago,there is no bar inside only the pool bar, rooms are very tiered as is the whole place, read the other reviews, anybody saying the food is great or that it's a lovely hote must be getting free holidays, never again.

NOT AS ADVERTISED! We arrived at the hotel at 12pm noone was around and we was waiting in reception for 10miniutes. The electric in our room was hit and miss our keycard didn't work, you had to balance it or the electric would flicker. We also had an issue with electric tripping regularly. The wifi was hit and miss we only had signal in a morning and couldnt get the wifi in the evening from our room. The rooms were clean but out dated. One of our beds was broken and had lats missing which resulted in the mattress falling through. The shower would flood the bathroom and the shower curtain was awful and would stick to you while in the shower. Plenty of hot water and was powerful. The pool area was nice and clean by you wouldnt expect anything else when there was only 20 of us in the hotel and no children. The allincluve drinks were good we couldn't fault that but the food was inedible. Alot of the food was reheated from lunch and served again at tea time. The hotel is around a 3O min walk to the beach good transport links as we was on a main road which was very noisy day and night with wagons and cars. The hotel is wrongly advertised by jet 2 as it is definatly not a 3 star more of a 2 star.

We stayed here for 10 nights at the end of September/ beginning of October. We were greeted very warmly by Ilios upon arrival even though it was late at night. We were given two bottles of water and sandwiches which was very much appreciated after our flight; Ilios even made a point to ask about any vegetarians (which I am) and made me a cheese sandwich rather than the others with ham. The staff here were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and there is so much on offer for the price we paid. Rooms have everything you could need and more and there was a variety of food offered at meal times. For example, there was a continental breakfast, cooked breakfast, cereals, jams, Greek yoghurt, fruit, cakes, Nutella, bread and rolls... and this was just breakfast time! This rival's some of the larger hotels I have stayed at. Rooms were cleaned every day, bar staff were always cheery and polite, Greek night was lovely... I honestly don't know why people have left bad reviews. For those moaning that there's no entertainment and that the hotel isnt near anything, read before you visit and it won't be a shock! Not all of us want tacky entertainment and it was nice enough just to sit and have a few drinks and play cards with my partner. There are bus stops on the doorstep of the hotel ready to take you to old town rhodes, lindos, faliraki etc. If we were to offer any constructive feedback, my partner said maybe the hotel might want to purchase some pool tables to occupy people- could also be a good little money maker for them? But that's just a suggestion if we were pushed for one. Ignore the bad reviews, such a shame that they tarnish all of the hard work and effort that is put into this hotel. Would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed for 10 Days in September. We arrived late at night. There was a problem with our booking- Not the hotels fault. They arranged an overnight stay next door and provided us with a lovely pool side room the next day. All staff very friendly and professional. The food was a bit indifferent for the first few days But not the end of the world. We always found something nice to eat. Then the food improved immensely and it was lovely. It would have been nice to have had a cold meat option as we had at breakfast at lunchtime as well

Check in after 10 at night. Given a sandwich in plastic wrap. Ham and cheese on hard brown bread with 2 bottles of water. Reception was rushed and there were only 2 couples to check in. Shown to room by a very disinterested front desk woman. Room a decent size. Overlooking pool. Kettle with teabags and pouches of Nescafé. Bathroom was very outdated. Had a wet room look to it with drain in floor. Realized why after shower as curtain does not keep water in and floods room. Shower wrap around curtain was disgusting- old and stuck to you ( and every other visitor to that room for years ) and felt gross. Cleaning staff was great but did not replenish tea, coffee , spoons or sugar. You have to buy bottle water from market for kettle otherwise you can carry cups of water from bar. But you have to do it before 10:30 because the bar is not all inclusive after then. But is open till 1am. ??? Obviously no one is at the bar past 11. The noise from the dual carriage way starts at 5ish. The doors are like paper. Every voice in hallway sounds like they are in the room with you. No offence to the people in hall as they are not screaming. Just talking. But the worst is the food. I have never seen such bad food and unappetizing display ever. Spaghetti every lunch and supper. Dried up. Chicken massacred with a cleaver - backbones, tiny pieces of chopped bird. Bizzare. A new “sauce” each night. Salad the same. That was edible. White rice with a different canned veg each night. Mushrooms swimming in oil. Mossaka , that one night, had pasta in it as filler ??? Trays of peppers stuffed with left over feta from salad bar. We ate out most nights. Breakfast was bearable. I ate mini croissants every day. Coffee was in a machine and tasted like chocolate and I drink black no sugar so could not drink. It was a cafeteria. Not a dining room. They didn’t even have easy lunches that most AI serve such as hamburgers or gyros . You helped yourself to drinks etc. Clients even scrapped their own plates. The noise was horrible. “Dining room” looked the same for all 3 meals. A cafeteria- no nice lighting or service at all in evening. No entertainment except for Greek nite on Sunday. We were there for 2 Sundays . Amy info you asked about touring around had to be interpreted by other clients as the English on front desk is not great. Lots of ants in room. They left a can of spray for us. When we were checking out , we were not even asked how we enjoyed our stay. There is a red flag.
