Well where do I start? My husband Steve and I were blown away by the staff at the hotel and I’m going to name a few who shone the most, but all the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you! Gabriella, the hidden angel, in charge of Guest welfare and services is incredible ❤️ Valentina in the dining room, polite, friendly and always remembered us, Beatrice in the bar, the cleaning ladies, entertainment crew we can go on….. I’m a stickler for consistency and I always say I won’t return somewhere in case I’m disappointed it won’t deliver again? Well, I met a lovely lady in the lift who said it was her 18th stay. “Are the standards the same” You bet they are! Rebooked for next year! Carol & Steve x

Everything about our stay was lovely, me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The standard of hospitality is second to none, I have never been somewhere with such attentive staff, especially Savvas Papantoniou, who gave us a very warm welcome at breakfast, made us feel very welcome. Rena on the main bar as well was wonderful and makes excellent coffee. A big thank you to Mr. Eleftheropoulos, and everyone who works here, as someone who worked in hospitality I appreciate truly how much effort goes into making such a lovely experience. There’s also so much entertainment, whether you’re coming to relax or to have a good time, we’d highly recommend Atrium Palace. - Mr.Amos and Ms.Plummer

This hotel is exceptional we return to this hotel every year, the weather is perfect there is a choice of pools, evening entertainment every night, there is a mini disco for little ones as well as a kids club, it is a short walk on a tiled path to the beach, the whole hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. All the staff are fabulous and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible, special mention to Savas, Pari, Beach, Anton and Nico.

Es ist schon unser 2. Aufenthalt im Atrium Palace und wir sind mal wieder mehr als begeistert dieses Hotel hat mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich hier wie im Paradies zwischen all den Palmen. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und bittet für jeden etwas. Man kann entweder an einem von 5 Pools entspannen, den Spa Bereich nutzen, Minigolf spielen oder den Tag am Strand verbringen. Überall gibt es ausreichend Liegen mit Sonnenschutz. Mit der Hoteleigenen App kann überall bequem etwas zum Trinken oder Essen bestellt werden. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ist überwältigend, sehr abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich der Wahnsinn. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den ausgezeichneten Service aller Mitarbeiter. Jeder ist bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns beim Hotel Manager Hr. Eleftheropoulos, dem PR Manager Hr. Papantoniou und bei Gianni aus dem Hauptrestaurant für ihre Bemühungen unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Wir sind normalerweise keine Hotelgänger aber hier fühlen wir uns sehr wohl und das Dank der Herzlichkeit des gesamten Personal. Das war definitiv nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt wir kommen wieder.

Whole experience from when we first arrived to the minute we left was outstanding in every way. Champagne on arrival, room was spacious , comfy and beautifully clean. Lovely toiletries, decent hairdryer, coffee machine and kettle with constant supplies and refills, complimentary bottle of wine, water and bowl of fruit ! Breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced. Choice was outstanding and beautifully presented .Mariana our waitress was absolutely brilliant ! Catered to our every need. Pools were gorgeous and everywhere was immaculately clean and tidy. No need to take towels as pool and beach towels were provided. All in all …..simply perfect ! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay such an enjoyable one !

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, toller Service. Direkter Strandzugang mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschutz. Genügend Parkplätze und die Möglichkeit vor Ort ein Auto zu mieten. Das Frühstücksbuffet bittet eine große Auswahl so das für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Besonders betonen möchte ich den ausgezeichneten Service. Vielen Dank an Gianni vom Main Restaurant für die tolle Arbeit die er jeden Tag leistet. Der Hotel und PR Manager Herr Eleftheropoulos & Herr Papantoniou sind auch immer vor Ort und bemühen sich einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Ich kann das Atrium Palace nur weiter empfehlen.

The Atrium is a really excellent hotel and we are having a great time! The food in the a la carte restaurants is amazing - some of the best food we’ve had on holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - a special thank you to Niko in the bar who has always given us excellent service and also chats to us remembering my husband’s name “Mr. J”. There is a lovely lady, Beatrice, who serves us coffee from the bar in the morning who is always very cheerful, helpful and pleasant. Ian from the entertainment staff comes to chat with us every day and is also friendly, funny and helpful. Lucas who looks after the beach couldn’t have done more for my sister in law who needs a walking trolley. The reception staff are always very professional, friendly and helpful too. Only negatives were it’s rather isolated if you want to go out - we took taxis to Lindos and Rhodes old town - both worth a trip. Pool water was rather cold but that’s just the time of year. Last full day tomorrow and so far it’s been a great holiday.

Das Hotel Atrium Palace ist wirklich fantastisch! Der Service dort ist ausgezeichnet und der Hoteldirektor, Savvas Papantoniou, ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Er erfüllt alle Wünsche und sorgt dafür, dass sich die Gäste rundum wohl fühlen. Die Auswahl an Getränken ist vielfältig und die Küche bietet köstliche Gerichte für jeden Geschmack. Es ist wirklich ein Ort, an dem man sich verwöhnen lassen kann!
