Can I first say how unfair the recent negative reviews are....People who quite simply don't do their research about a hotel, and then find fault with aspects which are very clear if they had. This hotel is not in Lindos...it has no surrounding tavernas/bars...it has a pebble beach...it is 'neighboured by a donkey field, and a chicken field...it has a choice of rooms, graded accordingly, and priced as such...beach sunbeds are charged to the lowest price rooms...there is a bus service at the hotel entrance and plenty of taxis to take you into Lindos itself. All this information is available before you book. Meanwhile...my partner and I had a thoroughly good time here. We were in a Garden Room (619) which was absolutely fine. Great bathroom. Very quiet at night. The only pool we went to was the 'top' one. Very quiet. Bar and Creperie open all day from 10AM. The ladies at both of these were just terrific. Thanks Elena who kept us well . Buffet restaurant always had masses of choice...though I would agree, not always hot. Plenty of salad choices. Breakfast was first class. A La Carte restaurant was in a nice spot, but was hit and miss with it's service. Lobby bar was really nice (outside terrace). Michalis, the barman was a great guy. The drinks that we had (Vodka & Tonic/Pina Colada/Baileys...not real Baileys) were all exactly as we expect at home. The reception staff were very kind and considerate. The buffet restaurant staff were well intentioned...... but were sometimes lacking in attention. Overall, didn't want for anything. Only grumble I would have is nothing to do with the hotel....just the guests who insist on BAGGING SUN BEDS. Just don't do it...... Will be coming back next year...which says it all.

Our flight was delayed, so obviously got in late, so they then palmed us off with a room we didn't want with a pool. These were new rooms and not on there site. They didn't have a veiw, no privacy. So went to the reception in the morning as it was the early hours we got in. So then the receptionist was pretty rude the started arguing with us that we didn't state which room type we wanted. There was only one type on there site. Offered us all inclusive to stay in the other room, we declined it. Eventually we got the room we wanted . Entertainment is none existent, could hear other hotels better entertainment. We only had breakfast, was ok. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Would I stay again, the room was nice that was it. Wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Friendly hotel with a great restaurant, nice pool bar with entertainment, and the best crepe shop at a higher level. The crepe shop has a pool as well. Staff is amazing, and the are is calm and quiet. Absolutely a great place for families to visit.

I really could return here every year. My partner and I have actually just booked again for July 2024 and I just cannot put into words how excited we are. Our first stay here was like something out of a dream. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with all the gardens and white buildings, I know a few people complain about the surroundings but it’s really not a problem! The donkeys are so cute and you get to see an odd mountain goat from time to time. We actually made a drinking game out of the donkey noises, last one to call a donkey noise drinks! The supermarket isn’t far at all and if you do get a chance, there’s cat food located at the back for the lovely little kittens and cats in and around the hotel. The wonderful staff are just so friendly and welcoming. From the moment we stepped off our coach we were greeted with smiles and all the information we needed, this of course continued throughout the entire stay, they were just so lovely. The restaurant and bar staff are soooooo so nice, they cater to your requests so well and are just a pleasure to talk to and be around. Everyone just seems to happy to be there! I made a wonderful friend at reception, Chrysa, who was kind enough to invite us to her partners bar in Lindos, Dreams Cocktail Bar, it is an absolute must to visit this bar!! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the cocktails are so delicious, again the staff are just as lovely. Chrysa, I lost the note you gave me just before we left 😢 I am determined to find it, but also WE ARE COMING BACK!!! The food and cocktails here are probably the best I’ve had on an all inclusive holiday, there is so much to choose from and themed nights so you’re not having the same thing everyday. The food is always warm and fresh, there are live chefs who cook specials everyday. The two a la carte restaurant evenings are definitely worth a visit, you get so much food and it is of course, delicious. We were so full after both nights we could’ve rolled back to our room. The food available throughout the day from the pool bars is lovely, the crepes yum, the sandwiches, yum, the chips, yum also huge portions!! I didn’t find the location of the hotel an issue at all! As mentioned, the supermarket isn’t a far walk and if you did need just the odd little thing, there is a mini mart at the Tui hotel opposite so all you have to do is walk across the road. There is a beach bar opposite the hotel called banana beach bar and it is AMAZING. We visited here for lunch a couple of days just for a change of scenery, lovely. There is a taxi rank next to the banana beach bar and the bus stop into Lindos and Rhodes town is outside the Tui hotel, so again, really not far to walk. We did once have to walk up the big hill as our timings didn’t match up with the bus timetable but it’s not a terrible walk. It actually makes you feel really good about yourself after indulging in cocktails and all you can eat food all day! The room, wow, I could’ve stayed there for

Prior to booking we asked whether the room was “easy access”. The room was three 100 metre walks two lifts a funicular railway and two steps of marble steps away from reception. Only the SAS would find this approach to be easy access. When I rejected this accommodation WOW world war three erupted. We were threatened with police by the reservations manager Irini Xenitidiou and had to insist on seeing the Manager. This guy came from home and after my family and I refusal to be bullied we were promised a full refund and a taxi back to where we came from. However three weeks on they are telling a God’s that we stayed at the property and no refund is due. I have spoken to the police and my bank and am chasing the €600 at stake. No understanding of philoxenia here. Avoid like the plague.

Currently at the hotel and fly home tomorrow. We booked an executive room with a jacuzzi. Room is specious and clean. Great shower and love sitting in the hot tub in the evening. With these rooms you also get premium drinks and beds on the beach. The pools were very cold and could do with being heated. The ladies on reception were fantastic best we have had in a long time and we travel a lot. We hired a car for the week and had a issue with the car one morning they called the rental people for us and explained everything for them which made the process so much easier. I would say the food was tasty and well presented. We are used to a bigger selection of food but we always found something to eat. We went to a few restaurants as we like to on every holiday. Lindos it's self is lovely explore the Island if you can so many wonderful places to go. We would return to the hotel. It is very quiet and would say not for kids. Would like to see an improvement on the food next time.

Stayed in 2 family suites over looking pool. Very nice rooms, spacious with nice bathrooms and balconies. There was plenty of wardrobe space but oddly no drawers or shelves. Also would have been good to have coffee making facilities in room. The hotel is very well looked after and the grounds are lovely. Rooms were kept very clean and towel’s replaced daily. Pool towels available from reception and able to take to the beach which is a very nice touch.Reception staff and cleaners are friendly and very helpful. Pools very shallow but lovely and clean, plenty of sun beds and both pools have bars and snack areas there. The drinks at the pool bars are served in paper cups which sometimes leave the drinks tasting of cardboard, this seems a bit wasteful as they are not recyclable, surely better to use plastic glasses ( which they have sometimes) Sadly all of the good things have been eradicated by the bad….. the food! As regular visitors to Greece we have been used to food not being hot but the hotel took this to another level. Even food freshly served is practically cold and there appears to be no minimum “holding temperature “. The ingredients are of a poor quality and meat is predominantly pork and chicken. One particular evening there was nothing remotely edible and we resorted to getting rolls from the top bar. Breakfast and lunch was usually better than the evening meal. Greek night was nice and the grill on the hill was lovely but there was no choice of menu there.. everyone got the same. We all spent most of the week with upset stomachs, not something you want on your precious weeks holiday. Also the bar and restaurant staff were not friendly and sometimes appeared downright miserable. The hotel might be 4 star but the food is barely 2 star.

What an incredible hotel this is! Me and the Wife booked this for our 2nd wedding anniversary and we arrived about 1am on the 21st October. Check in was quick and we was escorted to our room in which we booked one of their Executive Suites with private pool. Soon as we got into the room, we were blown away with just how modern the room was and then seeing the pool all lit up was amazing! (Couldn’t comment on the view of the sea as it was pitch black) .. however upon waking up early, the view was incredible and just really sums up this hotel! We used the pool everyday, yes a bit cold but once you’re in, you’re in! Haha As for the food, for us it was hit and miss, some days it was really good, other days the options just wasn’t anything we liked which was a shame. I will say that breakfast was the best, we really enjoyed going down first thing for the buffet breakfast. As for what’s around the hotel, there isn’t much (something we didn’t realise when we booked - our own fault) there’s a few shops about (one to the right of the hotel, one inside their sister hotel - Tui Blue and another a short walk down the road to the left of the hotel) - however I believe because it was coming up to the end of the season, all the shops were basically empty shelves and not the cheapest but with it being the only options we made do. The staff at the hotel were lovely and cannot fault them at all! We definitely have to thank Irini (Guest Relations Manager) who arranged for a bottle of bubbly to be sent up to our room on our anniversary! We really appreciated that! All in all, we definitely would come back to Lindos White as it was the most chilled out and relaxing holiday we’ve ever had! The room and private pool was the highlight for me! Thanks again for an incredible stay and we will be back for sure!!
