Hotel bardzo czysty, miła obsługa. Śniadania ok każdy wybierze coś dla siebie. Blisko do morza i starego miasta. Oferowane są wycieczki. W okolicy dużo klubów i restauracji. Z portu można popłynąć na wiele ciekawych wycieczek np. do Turcji

We had a fantastic 7 days stay at the Alexia. Everything was fantastic, Super placed for Rhodes town, restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel Staff are very friendly always with time for talk and help. Great bar, good drinks. Rooms with good sizes. One complaint no where to hang your towell after beach day. All in all would definitely stay again.

Very welcoming hotel, Despite my average English I was able to communicate very well with the staff who were very warm. Particularly Miss Meltem who greatly supported my actions during my stay, I highly recommend for your stay in Rhodes, no need to specify that the cleanliness and professionalism are there. Everything is perfect and the city center is only 10-15 minutes away. The cuisine of their hotel is also very good and local.

We enjoyed a great week celebrating our wedding anniversary which the staff at the Alexia made memorable, especially the team at breakfast each morning, the reception staff, the housekeeping with their little personal touch and of course Alex and Stavros at the bar, well done and thanks to you all! The location is very convenient for everything Rhodes town has to offer. There can be a little noise very occasionally nearby at night but it’s a holiday resort, it wasn’t a problem and the environment and relaxing a**osphere made it special, well done team Alexia!! 👍

Great hotel, next to the sea - just cross the street, paid beach. Close to various attractions, hotel staff very nice and helpful, clean rooms, cleaned every day, very close to taverns and restaurants, no street noise in the hotel. The hotel is a very good base for exploring the island

This was probably the best hotel I've stayed at over the many trips to Rhodes. The room was very nice and had balcony and there was an excellent big buffet breakfast. I was not troubled with noise which is mentioned in other reviews. The location was perfect for walking to the old Crusader era fortified city.

The situation was as follows: in July I made a reservation for a stay in December. At the end of October I received an email that the hotel was planning to close at the end of the season and that my reservation would be invalid. I was told to reschedule. This was obviously not possible as all other services for this trip had already been scheduled and paid for. I informed the hotel about this and asked them to find another solution to the situation. I waited 6 weeks for the hotel's response, and the response came 1 day before the departure date. This led to a very stressful situation because I didn't know where I was going to live for a long time. After waiting for a longer time for an answer, I decided to look for something else on my own, which cost me nerves, time and resulted in an increase in the previously established budget. In its response, which came the day before departure, apart from alternative accommodation, the hotel did not offer any form of compensation. Due to the hotel's fault, I was unable to complete my valid reservation, so I warn everyone to consider whether they really want to make a reservation at this hotel, because the hotel may suddenly decide to close the hotel.

Beatiful and clean hotel, great room, very close to beach and center,good breakfast, the only problem is the fact that the hotel is very close to a very busy and weird street, full of weird bars, very noisy zone,if you want to sleep with the windows open, you cant do that, but after all 4 from 5 stars

We stayed for three nights and found the hotel impeccable. The food was great, the staff were amazing. if I had a complaint it would be the bed it was a little hard for my liking but the rooms are nicely decorated we had a sea view between the blocks of properties in the front of the building. If I was ever in Rhodes again I would definitely stay there again. i mentioned the great food it is well presented and extremely tasty. the chef is a woman whose name I cannot remember but she can cook. I also mentioned the staff and other than the chef I have to say a big thanks to Stavros our waiter who could not do enough to make our dining experience a great night. There was also Alex he was like a walking tour guide he gave us lots of information, thanks all.
