It was a Great time. The Hotel is Place in a quiet area but you have Shops and tavernas Right outside the Hotel. You can do trips and stuf. The animation was fun. At night it was always a new animation like one time bingo night the other karaoke night. I am glad for that. The city is located 15 minutes away from the Hotel

Everything about this hotel was just what we needed for a spur of the moment break away. Staff all lovely and friendly. We stayed B&B the breakfast was a buffet type - everything from cereal to a hot breakfast, continental and selection of teas coffees and juices.very good Room was fine, and cleaned everyday, very efficient chambermaids. Only down side was having to pay 4e if we wanted to sit on the beach or the grasson a sun Lounger. The beach was a pebble one, so for comfort you needed to pay. The loungers at the pool were free. Other than that we werevery happy with our stay.

Отдыхала в этом отеле в 2020 году.Уютный,чистый,номер почти каждый день убирали.Завтраки и ужины вкусные.Только вот странно,обычно при выселении можно находится до 12 часов,мне и гид об этом говорила.Но в последний день меня подозвали на ресепшене и сказали до одиннадцати.А уже было время,пришлось спешно собираться.Платнве камеры хранения,по 2евро.Надо было одной монетой,а я по евро двумя монетами кинула.Заглотила,не отдает и не закрывает шкафчик.Обратилась в регистратуру,попросила помочь,может вызвать мастера,мне отказали.Ну и ладно.Не в деньгах дело,это все пустяки.Просто сравнить,как египетском отеле Albatros White Beach Resort отнеслись ко мне,и как тут-это небо и земля.Насколько Египет выигрывает.Думаю,один раз посетить Грецию было достаточно.Не особо тут люди радушны и гостеприимны.Работники отеля просто исполняют свою работу,особо нет за что хвалить.Сам отель,территория хорошие.Но на этом и все.Нет такой теплой атмосферы,чтобы хотелось возвращаться в этот отель.

The family apartment was horribly tatty and not as advertised. There was no hot water (the electric shower wasn’t plumbed in), either no or dirty ill-fitting curtains that didn’t open (so no sea view), rusty bins, stained sheets, loose taps that were difficult to operate and had very little flow and a leaky toilet. The ‘kitchen’ was a rusty sink and grim worktop, with a small grim looking fridge on the floor. The staff were so lovely and helpful and we felt sad for them, because, no matter how kind and helpful, there was no way of making our stay enjoyable. They didn’t question our decision to leave earlier than our original booking.

It‘s an ok beach hotel. Friendly staff but quite old furniture and style. If you book it make sure they give you a room with the new bathroom. I had an old one (photo).
The pool is nice and the garden too. Nice balcony view. Around the hotel are nice restaurants. The beach is very windy (a lot of surfers) and not really sandy… actually just stones.
There are better areas in rhodos for a beach holiday with less wind, quiter sea and sandy beaches.

Stayed for 14 nights Half Board at the Blue Horizon Hotel, Rhodes and was most impressed with the interior, food and Staff at this delightful hotel. When we arrived it was dark and the front exterior of hotel was poorly lit and our first impressions were not very favourably. However, when entering the Reception area, we noted that it was bright, clean and a very efficient young Receptionist greeted us. After leaving our luggage in our Room 258, we went for an Evening Meal in the Hotel Restaurant and found a good selection of hot and cold meals available. Throughout our stay the selection of hot and cold food available at Breakfast and Evening Meals was exceptional -catering for all tastes. All areas both inside and outside of the hotel were very clean and I must say the two ladies, Alketa and Adriana reponsible for cleaning our Room 258, carried out their duties exceedingly well and they are a credit to the Blue Horizon. The only small irritating problems I found with this Hotel was the Bathrooms would require modernisation and the sunbeds at the Pool were slightly too low for the more Senior Citizens. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending the Blue Horizon to friends and family.
