Let’s get the Good points out of the way, The hotel is quite nice, and the food is alright. The bad- If you are over 50 and were expecting a nice easy chill forget it, The main bar is the only one open after 18.00, massive Queues every night, also the kids entertainment is also at this bar, and it goes on till about 23.00pm baby shark etc. then at midnight you have to pay for the drinks, or if you want a decent cocktail any time you have to pay extra, so from 23.00 to about 1.am the 2 pint brigade are hollowing down the corridors, when you finally get to sleep, the cleaners are outside your room, and believe me they are noisey at breakfast you have to queue, and wait to be seated, in seven days we were only asked twice if we would like tea or coffee, not enough staff, managers running round like headless chickens trying to clear tables up, asked one of the managers for 2 glasse of wine, he picked two glasses up walked past us and started ripping into one of the staff, still waiting for the wine, And to top it all off there was no hot water for five days, stone cold. if your young with kids this hotel is for you, anyone else. Avoid.
