在羅德島市中心位置，離開海岸4分鐘的步行路程，到老城也就11分鐘的路程。周邊超市、💊店，餐廳，麪包店一應俱全。老闆海倫女士非常熱情，友好。給予足夠的幫助。

小酒店很漂亮，有停車場，去老城走着不到10分鐘，去海邊幾百米，房間非常大而且漂亮，設施完善，還非常貼心的準備了沙灘毛巾和提籃。Helen非常熱情的接待了我們，房間提供膠囊咖啡，水和茶等，還送了我們飲料。周邊有幾家希臘餐館，我們去了Helen推薦的餐廳，非常美味，價格也十分合理，我們一行4人都非常滿意，如果下次有機會再去羅德島我還會住在這裏。非常感謝Helen為我們做的一切！

We had a lovely stay here with Helen, the manager making sure our every need was taken care of. This boutique hotel is in exactly the right location, just a few blocks from three beaches, the Old Town, the harbour and the shopping district and great restaurants. We would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to our friends.

We stay here not the first time. New boutique hotel, with excellent renovation and design Own parking, which is a rarity for the urban part of the city Excellent location, very center, within walking distance of all key points of the city We have been staying at this hotel more than once, special thanks for the warm welcome Eleni🙌 and the owner of the hotel Svetlana 🙌 The rooms have absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. When we need a city, we stay here. Good location of the villa, its own parking, delicious breakfasts, cozy courtyard, cordial meeting with Eleni, everything disposes to visit a wonderful hotel. Do not hesitate, you will love it here! Recommended🫶🏻

We love luxury travel and this boutique hotel provides the perfect place. Great location, amazing and comfortable room. I was surprised how this historical building converted into a modern home for us. The breakfast at Italian Bistro was exceptional also. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to beach and old town. Super convenient. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our whole stay very much. Villa is situated right next to the Old town center in a quiet street so all the restaurants, caffes and the beach are really close. Room was clean, tidy and romantic with attention paid to every detail and the beds were very comfy. The owner Helen was great, makes you feel very welcome and tries to help you with everything you want to know. Her recommendations for restaurants were great. The availability of parking by the villa was also a big bonus.

5 étoiles (plus) pour l'accueil et la gentillesse d'Hélène la gérante de l'établissement et aussi pour les suites et leurs aménagement. L'emplacement est en plein centre ville et donc à quelque minutes à pied de tout... Enfin, nous nous sommes régaler et si on retourne à Rhodes ça sera de nouveau La Villa Iliotti avec le plus grand plaisir !!!

A gem in the city centre. Look no further for quality and luxurious stay in the city centre. Heleni is the most helpful and friendly person and always there to assist you. The room has everything you need from coffee maker to full refrigerator.
