The hotel is at a great location easily access to malls and attractions via grab. The breakfast spread was good and the hotel room was clean.
We asked for a change of room because the initial room given to us seems unoccupied for awhile. 1. When my husband brought up the toilet chair lid there were 3 mosquito inside, 2. The room had a musky smell and the lights were dim, 3. The door knob screws came off and 4. The Aircon didn't work well. The hotel was understanding enough and let us change to a different room despite the technician came to repair the door knob and had look into the Aircon situation.
Staff all are friendly and always greet the guests. We will sure come back to this hotel if we are in batam!

Very impressive, superb accommodation 10/10 would recommend, breakfast buffet different everyday 10/10 very nice. stay until don’t want to check out 🤩🤩 hahahaha

Upon check In I was told to stay at the residence instead of hotel
I was pretty disappointed as my friends get to stay at the hotel and me and my partner stays at the residence
I was told the hotel was full
But to my surprise apparently no my friends with 2 rooms get to stay in the hotel.

Very new and clean hotel. Breakfast spread was ok but the seats are too limited for a weekend crowd. The kids enjoy the spacious room with bath tub in the family room. Overall it’s worth staying and we will be back soon. Thank you.

I have booked 2 nights in 2 different rooms from separate bookings to try this hotel after so many good reviews from this hotel. The front desk is good and all could speak english. 1st night in the family room with 3 beds.. room is clean and big. Water pressure is strong and with very good hot water. My second night is in a 2-bedroom apartment that is extremely disappointed. It is totally 2 different standards. The 2 bedroom apartment is a separate building.. when we checked in the 2 bedroom apartment, we spotted a big dead cockroach beside the table, and we don't feel comfortable and requested to change room back to main hotel building but too bad is fully booked. . We managed to get another 2 bedroom apartment that cleaner.. but in the morning, I saw a tiny cockroach moving around on your bedside and bathroom. No hot water in the morning, lift and lobby no aircon... So, in conclusion, only the hotel building is up to standard.. Got to reconsider whether to book if we go batam again as we worried that we will be given sub-standard room.
